Very nice episode, with the tour of the museum and wooded area with the foxholes 😎👍. We live about 40-45 miles north of Ft. Campbell, home of the 101st Airborne. It's most commonly stated as The "100 'n 1st", "the Hundred and First", and the "One oh One", as you mentioned. Nice campground y'all had there in France with the hedgerows separating the sites.
Hi...the museum was amazing and we were very fortunate that we arrived two days before the D Day 80th Anniversary so all the memorials all round the area had all the flags flying so it made it just that more poignant being there...and the camp ground in France was quite nice too and its quite normal to have hedges between all the camping spots..

Next to ‘Lest we forget’ should be ‘When will we ever learn?’🦘
Hi...i couldn't agree more with that sentiment..
Great footage mate must say your next project got to be a tank 😉🏴
@@shaunmccaw2911 glad you enjoyed the episode we did look at some of the tanks when we were there and thought maybe we should get one lol
Excellent content. I tripped I want to do myself. Can’t help thinking that if that panther tank display was in the uk it would be vandalised
@@robgreenhill1426 the trip is definitely worth doing and we did say the same that if that was displayed here it would have been vandalised by now
@@All4Overland maybe next year. Take the discovery 3 , and explore the various ww1 and 2 sites. Oradour sur Glan is a must.
@@robgreenhill1426 that sound like it would be a really good trip. I wouldn’t mind going back into Bastogne and doing the rest of the museums
@@All4Overland also a visit to the block house. Been looking at doing it for years. Do a nice round trip in Europe, looking at the various sites etc.
its sounds like it would be an amazing trip and the only thing i can say is just go and do it don't put it off..
