I know everyone cooks differently. Adding oil to the meat is not the best way. Let steaks sit to be room temp. Tenderise with a bash or two. Meat needs to be dry, so dab it with kitchen paper. Season with sea salt and pepper. Pan needs to be very hot. So have it on for a good 15 mins prior. No lid. Put steaks in, don't keep turning. Let cook half way through then turn just the once. Once cooked let steak stand for 5 minutes, will continue to cook. Steam new potatoes, boiling takes away taste. Season with salt and pepper as steaming. Try it this way. Ok you may prefer how you are cooking but how I described is pretty much how restaurants would cook steak. Hair looks amazing and do you sleep with so many pillows 😄
Yes a Budget Christmas guide would be good. Also I was in London 40 years ago when I was 20. I always remember seeing the Victoria Albert Museum and the Crown Jewels. Both were very impressive. Maybe something you could incorporate....
