Is low self esteem is a side effect of a person whos perception is negative about himself in every aspect of life ?? Those who bring up positive out of everthing they do in their life have high self esteem ?? Ir is it more based on being action oriented. If you take steps and try and experience something based on whatever limited knowledge you possess you dont lose self esteem even if you fail .. laziness ruins your self esteem and actions and hard work builds it .. when one dont take a step and delay it then frustration jumps in ... that frustration cracks the wall of your self esteem ...
