@@lwk0901主要是国青队是招聘制就是教练自己来报名，所以没有外籍教练，国家队是篮协亲自去找所以有外籍教练
实际上以前是有聘过，但是文化差异问题，外教无法把所有人凝聚起来，也没办法解决训练中球员遇到的各种心理问题。现在最好的方法是将有潜力的运动员送出国历练。
