This music has turned me into a real coaster enthusiast back in 2011. The nostalgia is real. It was literally the first big coaster I've ridden! Before that, I had only been able to ride small pinfaris, and after riding this coaster I realized I was indeed an enthusiast.
The massive amount of Nostalgia I feel hearing this is insane

I miss the days I used to travel to Paris once a month from England in the bus and sleep in my tent and spend the weekend here. Can't now with my new job. It was great back in 2013
This theme has more emotion and fits the name mission 2. Space mountain Disneyland theme was more so didn’t seem to display the dire stress of the mission it more displays the like adventure aspect of going through space and seeing as these cool stuff while mission 2’s theme displays more emotion in the sense that your going through space to see a supernova and you have dodge all these asteroids and it may be your last time alive
I didn’t go on this when it was De La Terre a La Lune, but that form looked and sounded way more unique…

I wonder where the source of this audio is? Was there like a Disneyland Paris CD that had it or something?
I don't think this has ever officially been released. A lot of DLP's music just ends up on the internet after a while, there are many fans hunting for these soundtracks and it's very likely they know an insider who can get it for them
@@ThemeParkMusic well I do know that Disney does release the soundtracks to the ridesofficially because sometimes on RUclips it will pick it up like on those topic channels so I imagine especially because of the quality that Disney has officially released this probably to enthusiast

Micheal Giacchino has composed soundtracks for multiple Space Mountains, including this one. The one you’ve found on Spotify, is the Disneyland Anaheim soundtrack

At the start of this year we were able to see a long period of closure for Hyperspace Mountain on the DLP website. Reliable sources began posting about the return of Mission 2. However, it looks like DLP has cancelled that period of closure. Still, it’s pretty assumable it will be converted back to Mission 2, as the one on Anaheim has been converted back a long time ago.

They wouldnt have ordered Mission 2/De la terre a la lune themed trains. Its very likely it will be themed back

I’m sure that From the Earth to the Moon *was* a better ride, but I think Mission 2 just has better music. Couldn’t really get into FTETTM’s soundtrack, it’s not bad, but it just doesn’t hype me up like this
This theme is cool. But the original music from the original one really speaks Jules Verne. Taking out the moon and steampunk posters made it less JV. Then it became HyperSpace Mountain and it became so out of place. There is no steampunk in Star Wars. It pisses me off.
@@ChainsawManDude97 mission 2 was a great heir to FTETM because it expanded on the og story of blasting past the moon in to deep space hyperspace doesnt expand at all
