I've been following Dave for about 5 years now & something about him tells me he's gonna be right - his timelines have been frustrating waiting for things to 'play out' but I appreciate his work & think he might turn out to be the G.O.A.T. forecaster - he has remained extremely steadfast in his calls in the face of all the events of the last 5 years which unerves me somewhat - I'm still underwater on my investments but if he's right I should be OK 🤞🏻 Thanks to you both 👍🏻💛
A reference to David in the title or a photo of his would be helpful. That would draw more viewers that are interested in David's views. Also, maybe let him speak more next time could be helpful. Thanks!
You could just play one of Mr. Hunter's interviews from 2, 3 and 4 years ago and it would be an exact match other than 4 years ago his SPX melt up top out before an 80% melt down was 4800 for 2021. Then he moved it to 5200 for 2022. Then it was 6000 for 2023 and then 7000 for early 2024. None of those levels ever happened when he said they would and now as of mid 2024 he changed to 7500 by Q1 2025 and recently to 7500 in late Q1 or possibly in Q2. Never ending morphing his price and timing due to his past forecast never taking place. Same as Harry Dent since late 2017 calling the final top out every year since and has never been correct. I do believe this is finally the year the top may happen, but it will be more like Q3 and probably between 6500 and 7000. That said time as always tells the truth as Mr. Hunter has learned the past several years as well as Harry Dent.
Well, all that any of us as investors have to do in this business is be right more than we are wrong, with a timeframe of a week, and we can do very well. Whether one’s forecasts hit the mark on the day matter less than calling the direction of travel and managing risk thereafter. Also forgive me but wasn’t 4800 in fact the 2021/22 top in SPX? Followed by a 50pc retrace of the move up from the Covid lows. That is not too shabby a call and I can tell you there were very few people saying that in 2021.
Buy gold, buy slv, buy tlt, when he wrong he will say bye trader, sit down and learn, I am talking about cycle not short term, but he need to realized he been calling this for 3-4 yrs now. Kinda misleading. I remember he call tlt $120 2 yrs ago.
@@cestriancapitalresearch he said 4800 around Q2 2022 then 80% crash afterward. 4800 was hit December 2021/January 2022 then a sell off of 22-23% and then back Up strong since. Sorry, no he was way off around the block on that one. No need in trying make excuses because he has not been correct in 4 plus years now which was what I made the point about in my comment. Nothing whatsoever about missing by a day or a week on timing was mentioned. But multiple months and years was mentioned which is the case.

A word of advice when you are interviewing someone they should be doing way more of the talking, you can always just say I agree instead of saying what he has said otherwise a good job except it was too short and left a lot out of David’s thesis
One fourth of this podcast is wasted plodding through the biographies of the guest and then the host. Beware a financial manager who says he can manage money yet clearly has no sense for managing time.
We stopped covering the name when they delayed filing SEC reports. If you had your wits about you there was still plenty of gains to be had along the way.
right on. the focus was entirely not the guest! look at the title, and look at the front cover of the video, there was no mentioning of the guest. If you compare to every other interviews David did, they had much more substance. I think this is easily the worst interview with David Hunter. Well, look ar Wealthion, look at The David Lin Report. Much more rewarding experience for the viewers.
Wow. This interviewer interrupted quite a bit. Both are knowledgeable, but generally the one being interviewed has a chance to answer. Maybe next time, this was a first time they were together.

He is a scam, he doesn't manage money and doesn't understand risk or any portfolio management. I really do not see any value in his shallow talk and as others pointed he had been awful with targets and timings.

I reckon it makes sense to put the guests name in the video title.
I reckon you are right!

Biography is important. It gives you the backdrop and context for how investors see the world and make decisions.
Sometimes you interrupted David mid sentence

Still waiting for Spire to take off. Did you forget that one?
