Dyed leather has been in the game for a while and yes, on hard difficulty zombies and zombie pigling can break doors. I would like to see you do One Block Skyblock. Great video as always 🙂
The villager shenanigans are both comical and useful. I'd like to see more where you start off from scratch. It's awesome to see you make something from nothing.
You can combine unenchanted bows from your mob grinder in your inventory to create higher durability bows instead of having a ton of low durability bows also trap doors over your water block for the farm helps a ton so you don’t fall in and jump on your crops getting out!
I do find it absolutely amusing that you have a chestplate named for Vulcan, yet yeet an iron golem into the volcano as a sacrifice to dispell bad luck. (In which Hephaestus, whom you have mentioned as Vulcan's Greek counterpart, technically resides over automotons/golems)...I think you may have just inadvertently further cursed yourself between pantheons. This should be very interesting. The iron farm is another amusing notion in that vein.
Fell asleep watcing a different gaming video and woke up to your channel through autoplay. It's hard for me to find minecraft channels that are chill/relaxed, longer form content thats not chaotic or targeted more towards children. This has a nice all ages vibe. I've also been inspired to play again, so thank you! Gone play these in the background while I start a new world :)
I'd say that if the map creator has provided it then use everything you find. Tips that I do not know if you know but are useful: The potion you found in the beginning that was called grenade was a lingering potion and i believe it should be thrown like a splash potion. If you decide to use the witch i think they have a higher chance of throwing weakness but have to be low health which i believe is 2 iron axe hits and punching a couple times also fyi witches drop gunpowder, glowstone dust, redstone, sugar, sticks, and bottles. Drinking milk will remove all effects on your player which includes bad omen and hero of the village if you ever do a raid in the future. The flowers just have to be within two blocks from the oak and birch saplings so you can place them diagonally as well and will only have a 5% chance to spawn a beenest with 1-3 bees. You may need to check on the bees occasionally since glass panes and iron bars mess with their AIs and they believe they can fly through it so they will often get stuck. Anvils only require 31 iron ingots.

I actually started a One Block video that got corrupted and I had to scrap it, which was very sad. I do intend to start a new one and do it again. I'd say one of my next 2-3 videos will definitely be One Block
You put your chariot before your horse you needed beds first to start trades because The villager needs to be able to detect a bed in the area. Not necessarily having access to one but there needs to be one in the area for the villager to consider it a valid village and thus be willing to work.

As another new viewer, I must say you're a breath of fresh air in a sea of 100 Days content that is overly edited and fast pace to condense it into a 30 minute or 1 hour video. I love the theme of your channel and how calm you are in informing and helping us be in the world with you. I was so immersed in the world with you that I didn't even notice the game audio was not present until days 71-80. That's how I know I was truly captivated by how enjoyable it was to watch! I'm hoping your channel continues to grow and we have many more adventures ahead of us!
Boats could always sink underwater from what I remember, I also remember how they used to explode into pieces after touching something in the early versions of minecraft 😅 Glad you’re picking some less seem scenarios. I haven’t watched a deserted island one in a long time, I wonder what will be next but take your time!! You’re doing great!

You could challenge yourself and expand the island on the side that has a sheer cliff and make your version on the other half of the island, with custom trees, rock outcroppings, an ancient half torn down village, a temple, a river and a lake... Just an Idea to get you training on terrabuilding what looks natural in stead of terraforming flat surfaces only... Let your imagination run wild. For other 100 days episodes One block Skyblock or One block Lucky block should make for great entertainment...

Love the video always best thing to watch just chillin ❤ You can make the charcoal making even more efficient by using one plank on a log and then use the charcoal made to continue charcoal production. This lets you make 8 charcoal for 5 planks (1 plank + 1 log) versus 8 char for 8 planks

Have you ever considered RL Craft? I think a Roman Legionnaire roleplay in RL Craft would be cool. Just discovered your channel from your last video and you're already one of my favorite minecraft tubers.
That's definitely on my radar. I need to watch some videos on it to make sure I understand some of the mechanics, and be ok with most likely getting creamed 5-10 times before I figure it out
I have a suggestion for your channel. My suggestion is that you make RUclips Shorts about these. I think you could grow on RUclips a lot! That is just how I would do it though. Edit: I do want to mention that the video is very good
Coming in a bit late on this one... so maybe you already figured this out, but if not- The growing-trees-for-bees trick works best with double-high flowers. So lilac, roses, peonies, sunflowers. Best to place one on either side of either a birch or oak. Covering the front of a bee hive/nest keeps them inside.
I love watching these!! I love that these teach me things while also making me tired and keeps my ADHD at bay so i can sleep at night. I hope one day we could play together!
Hi LegionVee, Idk if anyone got back to you about it but i just reached the part about refreshing trades in the video. I have found that giving them 2 blocks of space instead of one results in faster refreshing. I think it has something to do with them sometimes needing space to "pathfind" back to their job block. So I usually just make their cells 2 block spaces deep into the wall. I hope this helps :)
You should let the minion crossbow idiots kill their leader by putting the leader between you and them. That way, the leader dies but you don't get bad omen. Works for me every time

Idea: 100 days but you can only get things from a village/villager so you cant get wood unless its from a village like the floor planks or the outside wood but you can get food from other places and you can use a seed to spawn in a village btw i love your vids i hope you see this

I can now subscribe- you’re a 100 days player who actually reads the comments and learns- unlike a few I used to watch but quit because they kept doing very wasteful and ineffective things
...Why do you keep on killing witches to get sugar? If you're close enough, they will throw weakness potions at you and anyone nearby. Any other potions would be harming or poison, and the zombie villagers wont take any damage from that. (It will actually heal them) Once the weakness potion is in effect, block off the witch until you need it again and cure your villagers. (Basic Skyblock strategy 101, works everytime) And if you're scared of dying or get poison, you got cows, get a few bucket and some food and you're all set. Witches are annoying, but they're not that dangerous once you get used to them.
Hey just wanted to let you know that in Minecraft your spawn chunk is always loaded so for farms and grinders it’ll always be working, and milk removes bad omen 😂 keep up the good work
Entity processing is partially on at all times in the spawn chunks, but block updates don't happen unless the chunks are fully loaded. That means most resource farms won't function.
I love watching your stuff. But one suggestion: please be aware that we can not see the dark scenes like you can on your monitor. You may want to turn up the brightness on our end or use a torch in your off hand.

I also love how the villagers will freak out about zombies, golems go nuts after skels and just about everything else, but nothing is concerned about the single biggest destructive force in the game, creepers.
That's because if anything in the game attacked creepers intentionally, the entire world would quickly become a crater-blasted war zone. This was a huge problem with some mob mods in Minecraft beta, and modders have mostly figured out since then what Notch understood all along. Only the player's presence and choices should generally be responsible for that kind of mob-induced world destruction.

You can do the 100 day challenge in Cave only or even 100 days without leaving a biome like a desert only? Overall, I really enjoy these videos!

Yo nice video, I suggests using carpet on one of the fence post so you, and only you, can jump over the fence.
If you put extra trap doors that can flip downwards, then you'll be able to protect your villagers from zombies and such.
You can put the campfire down one block and put a carpet over it. :)

A carpet on fence lets you in and out of pen with out needing gates to get in and out your self 😊

You could get sugar cane from wandering traders, it's a pain. You can get Soul Speed books by trading gold ingots to the Piglens.

Your videos seem to centralize a bit around having villagers and making trades, I'd love to see how you handle being the self made legionnaire. ^.^

It usually takes somewhere between 40-60 hours total to finish a video. It’s all done on nights and weekends currently

...Why do you keep on killing witches to get sugar? If you're close enough, they will throw weakness potions at you and anyone nearby. Any other potions would be harming or poison, and the zombie villagers wont take any damage from that. (It will actually heal them)
Once the weakness potion is in effect, block off the witch until you need it again and cure your villagers.
(Basic Skyblock strategy 101, works everytime)
And if you're scared of dying or get poison, you got cows, get a few bucket and some food and you're all set. Witches are annoying, but they're not that dangerous once you get used to them.

Hey just wanted to let you know that in Minecraft your spawn chunk is always loaded so for farms and grinders it’ll always be working, and milk removes bad omen 😂 keep up the good work
Entity processing is partially on at all times in the spawn chunks, but block updates don't happen unless the chunks are fully loaded. That means most resource farms won't function.

I also love how the villagers will freak out about zombies, golems go nuts after skels and just about everything else, but nothing is concerned about the single biggest destructive force in the game, creepers.
That's because if anything in the game attacked creepers intentionally, the entire world would quickly become a crater-blasted war zone. This was a huge problem with some mob mods in Minecraft beta, and modders have mostly figured out since then what Notch understood all along. Only the player's presence and choices should generally be responsible for that kind of mob-induced world destruction.
