Which area in Hyderabad is safe and low in cost? And like IT hub wala area?

I am happy to tell you that wherever you stay in Hyderabad you will mostly feel safe as people here are understanding and welcoming. 😄
Ameerpet, Begumpet, Manikonda,Miyapur all these places will be cheaper than Hitech City, Financial District, Kondapur, Madhapur which has the major IT Hubs.
Mostly if you live closer to IT Hubs the prices would be more and vice-versa.

I need to work from home in hyderabad so my main concern would be power back up and wifi, so what places should i look for pg in cheap prices? It doesn't have to be near any IT hub, i need in more affordable places.
The main IT hubs are located in Madhapur, Hitech City, Financial District and these kinda areas. Depending on where your office, the farther to go, the rent will get lesser and lesser accordingly. And power backup and wifi is almost basic in all the PGs, so I don't think you will face much issue in it.

I think the job market is not so stable at this current time, finding job is a little difficult but surely possible.
Instead of directly coming to Hyderabad, I would suggest the better option would be to start a job search through LinkedIn, where you can easily reach out to Company HRs as well as working employees and directly apply to job openings.
As soon as you see any positive conversions for interview and referals you will be at a good stage to move here 😄, so that you don't end up spending more money before finding a job.

Aur 1 bhk ke flat ka deposit generally kitna hota hai ?

Hi bhai, co livings spaces main double sharing room ka individual bed cost 15K ke aas paas hoga, total = 30K, aap us budget main araam se achaa 1bhk flat le sakte hain.
And about deposit PGs main usually aapko 1 month deposit and 1 month pehle notice dena hota hai.
And flats main 2 months ka rent advance deposit and one month notice period.
1BHK flats ka cost 17k-23k, aur jitna aap dur jayenge main IT hub se, aapka rent thoda thoda Kam hota jayega.

Talking about 7-8 months before, I have seen 1BHK in price range of 12k to 20k also.
Again farther you are from the IT hubs, lesser will be the rent.

Very useful. But what about advance/ security deposits in PGs, I mean how much?
They usually keep half the amount of rent as security. And if you plan to leave, you can inform them one month prior to get the refund.

You need to discuss with them before hand. In Stanza Living they provide you Induction Stove.
Cool PG owners would also allow you to cook occasionally but not on a regular basis.
If you have your own room, then you can definitely cook in your room using induction.

Kharitabad ke baare main itna idea nehin hai actually. AVG 1 BHK 11-15K ke range main mil jaana chahiye.

What about other public transports like auto and bus
They are plentily available bhai . Plus you can travel long distances in metro and take an auto to reach your final destination. Transport shouldn't be a problem in Hyderabad.

If you go through properly you will also find 1BHK flats there, but there will be some broker who will definitely charge some brokerage amount. 🙂

Hi, @@Jolips , it's not a single flat, it's a 3 BHK shared by 3 of us. We splitt the money for rent, electricity and gas bills, common home items and stuff.

Well Stanza has it's own pros and cons,
Pros-
Easy to find initially
It's a co-living space
Available across the place
Slightly better food compared to other PGs
Cool common dining spaces
Cons-
Really small beds & wardrobes
Price is insanely high
They ask for 2 months full deposit whereas in other PGs one month half rent advance.
I would recommend if you have time surely visit a few normal PGs and stanza PGs close to your workplace.
Will help you decide easily.

Bhai kar to sakte hain, but thoda tight budget rakhna padega. 5-6 seater PG le lo, and make sure khaana PG main hi kha lena. Public transport use karna.

There are mainly 3 ways in which most of the people get hired here in Hyderabad -
1.For most IT jobs lots of freshers get hired from their college campus.
2.You can apply for jobs through LinkedIn and other job websites, where companies post job openings.
3. You can also build connections with people working in the company in 'LinkedIn platform' and ask them to refer you in their company.

Finding good apartments in hurry might not be a good decision in start, as you won't be able to compare real prices and there can be fraud too.
It's better to find a PG, where you all can accommodate.
Optum is very close to my office, it has it's main office in Raheja Mindspace and Phoenix Avance.
You can try to find your PG close to Hitech City, Madhapur, Kothaguda or Kondapur.
