Once again, Alana, you take the simple act of lulling me to sleep and you make it 30 times more powerful than it needs to be. ❤ When I woke up I could still feel the effects. My muscles were still obeying your command to stay in a sleeping position, so it took 5 whole minutes to even lift my head. Once I sat up, there was a slow somersault of my intestines and other organs trying to float higher than my body. There was deep tingling along the sides of my skull as if someone had taken a bite behind both my ears. The act of thinking about your rhythm and your voice from this video kept making my eyes roll up into my head. 💗💗💗 How do you do it?
