Yet another ending that NOBODY would see coming... Classic! In fact, if you CAN guess the endings of these cartoons, you are, in all likelihood, a mental case & should probably seek psychiatric help urgently. Thanks for sharing these gems.
When they build to a pun, I can see some of them coming. But this ending was less predictable than the Spanish Inquisition, which, as all humor fans of a certain age know, NO ONE expects!
The best series of fractured tales ever produced and with Edward Everette Horton, the most timeless classic cartoons one can enjoy over and over again. Even a man maned Walt. Thanks for the posting. Joe S
I have neighbors from China, and have heard quacking ducks in their back yard; whereupon their numbers have dwindled. Other neighbors of mine were clueless about ducks being a delicacy in Asian cultures.
Consistency. They also considered themselves kamikaze ducks. Maybe there's historical validity. By 1922, Japan had occupied areas of China more than once, surely leaving cultural influences. Or maybe I'm overthinking it. Discuss among yourselves.
@@USERID412-k7n I think that’s an excellent point. During WW 2, places like the Philippines, printed different denominations of monies that service men could use. I have some of it and it’s marked differently, some of it is marked yen, some is marked peso, etc., and they are paper money.

The Chinese ducks took up a collection in Yen, which is Japanese
Hence, the name, “fractured” fairytales…😉☺️
Must’ve been during the occupation lol

Just shows they’re not racist.

Another one I've never seen...although, maybe there's a reason.
Something is rotten here besides the liederkranz.

Sad part is, this cartoon would be considered so racist now! 😲😫😣😡
