There's a shocking amount of care put into the notes they're playing and holding, not familiar enough with the organ to say if that's all accurate but it sure seems to be
Glad it's noticed :D I actually went through these songs on my keyboard/e-piano at the time, to learn a "simple" enough version that i could depict somehow correctly.
Cool benefit from this is I now know how to play the Davy Jones Theme :)

Edit: I didn’t notice this at first, but now that I’m watching this again, I just want to say that it was really clever how you had Medic and Spy playing off of each other at first. Like whenever one would get to a certain note, the other would interrupt ON THAT NOTE. Very well done, very clever. Nice touch.
