@@st940180 Just rediscovered pre-debut Solar here. She is so talented as back then she was only a 1-yr trainee at RBW. Comparing to her cover song "I will always love you" for RBW casting in May 2012, she could already control her powerful vocal well and deliver with very emotionally.
ailee's voice in the background is part of the MR track, and if ailee did the featuring, she'd have used it to, the mr track consists of the instrumental, and the harmonies. but you're right, i was thinking about how much more effortless and touching the whole performance would have been if ailee had sang.
Sorry to say but as good as the girl is, she cant compare to Ailee. You can even hear Ailee's vocals at the back covering up most of the spots. I know this girl came from a talent competition but don't remember her name. Still... the song is pure bliss. x
I would have to agree that she's probably not as naturally talented at singing as Ailee, but I think that girl has done pretty well for herself in the industry and made a solid name for herself and her voice, don't you think?
