I’ve done very few things in life that even come close to being out exploring on a bike. Between the beautiful scenery, the wind therapy and the pure feeling of freedom, it’s hard to beat. 👍🇺🇸
Thanks for another great video. I love the scenery. I also love how your trip makes all the TAT Facebook Group arguments about minimum bike needed look silly.
By far the best video presentation I have seen on any video I've watched here. The music, the cuts, the commentary, all of it. Great job! I was pulled in at first because of my interest in the Honda Trail, then quickly realized you guys are riding on My trails lol. I'm 30 minutes from Tellico and have had a lot of great times there. Great videos on the SM500. I’ve never heard of it before now and now I want to ride it. I don’t live close but I just might have to make it work next year. Thanks for the ride as always.

I just got a recently purchased 1974 CT90 running. Being as l live in west Texas, there won't be too many water crossings, but l am looking forward to a little exploring of this 200,000 acre ranch. Even with the cussing it looks like you guys had a blast. Looking forward to more.
What a beautiful & dangerous trail ! 😎 However, I loved the simple and fluid story telling and the nice shooting... especially the drone epic one indeed 😉
great videos! i think the 200 miles per day counts for everybody. i think there are certain limits on how fast can you go on gravel, in dirt, cross water. all the bikes kind of level up - if 1200 GS or your super honda. since people talk about the 200 miles and 8-10 hours long riding days then... 10 hour long day = average speed is 20 mph. with 8 hour days the average goes only to 25mph. well - i'll find out soon enough myself :p you write you do the trip end of june. so you must be there as i'm typing this. good luck guys! wishing knobby rubber down, dry feet during the water crossings lol and beautiful weather!
love your vids....addicted to them.....amazing quality.....have you thought about making little trailers for the bikes....that way you can put most of the load on a trailer instead of loading up the suspension on your little bike....those bikes can easliy tow a little trailer....cheers.....Rob.

I would like to give a little advice. Going in and out of muddy trails with dry spots inbetween its a good idea to coat your bikes in pam spray . it help the mud release of bike before it drys on . use it on engine block aswell . this will help engine stay cool. The mud don't have chance to bake on. Good luck. Looking forward to the big trip.
Wow guys, ... i've stumbled to this channel as I'm thinking about the TET (Trans European Trail) and this bike seems to be the best choice for me. The length of the day's travel would be little bit less for me. Although I'm a very experience road motorcyclist (1m+ km as of 1988) but my experience off road is almost zero. Thx guys nice to see. 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
Good job with the SM500. I did it last October in 3 days on my CRF250L Rally & it was epic. If I may make 1 suggestion for you and John (if you are indeed planning on spending 8+ hours per day on the bikes): Consider buying & using some "graduated compression" socks (they tend to lessen the likelihood of developing deep-vein thrombosis). I wear them EVERY TIME I ride...
Hi Ang, I really enjoy your videos. Your music choices were spot on. You and I have pretty much the same taste in music. I've noticed this from your other videos, as well. I tried to Shazam a couple of the tunes in this video but couldn't identify. Can you give us a rundown on these tunes? I do hope you'll continue making these videos as they're quite an inspiration for me. I'm just getting back into motorcycling after a very long absence. (A CT125) Years ago I had a Kawasaki 500 three cylinder crotch rocket. Surprising that I survived that bike. In any case, would love to hear from you. Thanks for the fun!
Had a 68 Honda 90....was "out of date" when I got to use it up in the North woods of Michigan. Berry pickin, exploring, watching National Guard play war games. That bike was my first freedom. Awesome bike. Never let me down. As for tools...when you do any work on the bike...add that tool to your onboard tool kit. And then use only the tool kit on the bike to do work on the bike, even if your at home. Get one of those T tools that has a 1/4 inch driver on each end. Comes in handy cause you can leave theb3 most common sizes of sockets in. A magnet that fits over a screwdriver and the T tool is handy. A pick or two helps to remove things. A telescoping magnet helpsnfor retrieving parts you drop in hard to reach places..but then again there arent too many of those on a small bike like that. A bag of 11 inch zip ties! Tire irons. 👍🏾
Now, at the big creek crossing on Charlies Creek, there is a sign where you exited. Now, you have to ride down the creek a bit further and exit where the road exits.
When adjusting the chain always rotate it when checking the play. It will be tighter at various points, it stretches more in some places. Also, check it with the wheel on the ground and your weight on it, the swing arm will alter the tightness with weight on it. Chain lube would help too. If all else fails read the owner manual, a lot of good info on how to maintain your motorcycle.
