ingredients/ Bahan-Bahan:
3 egg/ telur
a pinch of salt/ Secubit garam
some white pepper/ sedikit lada putih
4 garlic/ bawang putih
1 onion/ bawang merah
2pc fish cake/ Kek ikan
4-5 tbsp dried chilli paste/ cili giling
1/2 cup water / air
100-150g chicken Fillets/ isi ayam
100-150g prawns/ udang
1 cup water/ air (200-250ml)
1/2 tsp mushrooms seasoning/ perisa cendawan atau ayam
1 tbsp tomato sauce/ Sos tomato
1 tbsp Oyster sauce/ sos tiram
1 tbsp Chilli sauce/ Sos cili
1-2 tbsp sweet soy sauce/ kicap manis
a handful of cabbage/ segengam kobis
salt to taste/ garam secukup rasa
1 pack yellow noodles/ mee kuning
dark caramel sauce/sedikit Sos keremel pekat
1 tomato 🍅
a handful of mustard greens/ segengam sayur sawi
1 red chilli 🌶/ cili merah
