i mean yeah it was clean as hell but its not crazy enough for johnny to say anything, i mean hes seen hundreds of top level pro games, probably even thousands at this point.
These guys are so entertaining. Ground game 1v1 is my absolute favorite RL to watch. Jack and Mawkzy obviously respect each other’s game a lot, and have played each other a lot. Great stuff.
This victory makes a huge case for him being the best right now. Of course there are plenty of us who already believe he is. 2 of the hottest with such an impressive trail of names in their wakes recently. One of the best ground technicians verses one of the best game managers

@@holysecret2 Indeed, you could argue it works the same as flawless... However, I think we still have different ideas there. Either something is flawless, or it's not, right? You can have two flawless things and still prefer one, however. Take two axes for example. One is just a flawlessly crafted axe and the other is flawlessly crafted and more nicely adorned. Does it make the second more flawless or more perfect?

Do you ever watch his RUclips channel? If not you should. It’ll give you a good idea of how much of a beast Jack really is, especially at 1s. IMO jack is the best 1s player to ever grace the sticks
Jack is so deceptively good. He's highly mechanical but he gets most of his wins through high 1v1 IQ.

Yea. Hes good. I wouldn't say any better than alot of the other top tier pros. But like dude said, his IQ and game sense are what make him a great player.

Personally I find mawkzy's playstyle one of the most boring of all the high level 1s players. Barely goes into the air at all and just does the same flick most of the time. For me, showmatches should be exciting, so he's just not my cup of tea
No, they just have no idea what's going on. A huge portion of the fanbase (and playerbase) think RL is basically just taking turns trying to clip. Not only bumps, but also positioning and awareness are just annoyances in the way of the actual gameplay to these guys.
I like Jack and always root for his team in RLCS but I can’t deny that his gameplay in this series is definitely less interesting than most other series I have seen on this channel, just because it’s boring doesn’t mean it’s bad gameplay, its just less on the mechanical side and more demo/bump heavy
Nah, Mawkzy isn't getting tilted, there's so much mutual respect and friendship between these two that it's fine. This is how banter should work, great dynamic.

He progressed a lot in term of skill (aerial for exemple, he didnt used it a lot before a few month) and in mentality, and it shows in his gameplay. He easily win against a lot of top 20 players, where jack have an harder time.
Yet he ofter loose against Jack, cuz the playstile he use counter him. They are both really close tho

The gameplay is insane thx for the content i love it! Once thing i noticed when i looked at the chat for like 2 minutes straight is that lots of people are complaining about how "cringe" and tryhard they are... But i mean it's the point if you want to see crazy aerial plays dont watch a top level 1v1 stream like idk. But i love it it's so sweaty, so precise, so fast, love it. Amaze me how every (almost) touch is soooo perfect!

@JohnnyBoi_i have you heard/seen the JZR flick? To my understanding it is a diagonal backflip flip cancel, which gives the ball immense power. When you asked which two player come to mind when thinking off mawkzy’s flicks, i think flooris and JZR was a better answer.
Insane series. I did feel like both players were losing mental energy when game 7 came around, especially Mawkzy. I could be wrong, but it just seemed like 100% wasn’t there when it came down to the wire.

the same way as in lower ranks its very useful to learn how to do certain mechanics helps to understand and defend them. surely mawkzys inasne flick abity helps to defend flciks aswell, as he knows where and how to do flicks it probably correlates to flick defense. and is that why the joyos of rl are so hard to defend because they do random shiz that no one knows how to do so they dont know how to defend? anyone have any thoughts
