May 26, 2023 - Deliberate Hit & Run in Austin, TX - Frt Camera - Seeking ID of Motorcycle and Rider

NO LICENSE PLATE - Seeking information regarding the motorcycle and/or rider to report to Austin Police Department. This happened on southbound US-183 Hwy on May 26, 2023 shortly before 2 pm CST. From the way this guy conducted himself (also see photos at link below -- he extended his arm to break off my car's mirror), it seems likely that he's done this many times before i.e. he's had practice so there are likely to be many other victims. He deliberately smashes the mirror then gives middle finger (twice) and refuses to stop. This guy needs to be stopped before he victimizes more people and their cars and possibly gets himself killed.
