If your current employer doens't accept a buyout, yoy might as well try to pay your settlement amount for your employer or pay a total sum of your salary during your notice period. Most of the companies must accept this proposal. However, you shall have to talk to your superiors regarding this issue and you must be able to convince them on behalf of the company. So maintain good realation with your superiors. Good luck!
