See if 'Routine' might be a possible solution/

Do you still use Capacities? I started a couple of months ago and love it (and I like your video on it too). Task management is on their roadmap.

Aw, thank you! I don't use Capacities right now... But maybe I'll check it out again once they add task management fully :))

omg I'm with you sis, it's been nomadic for the past few weeks for me. I started with notion couple years but got to a point where it felt too structured and couldn't keep up with my changing needs/tasks. Then I've been on obsidian since last year ! worked great for abit especially as a person who knows coding however my main career is artistic and graphical based so it soon began to not make me excited about the visual/creative side of my projects.
The current app I do love is Milanote and its honestly been really lovely to use, probably closest to being customisable yet simple enough to adapt to your current life system. I use it to with the PARA method and its definitely gotten me much more excited to being productive and organising my life in a visual way -- obviously the biggest downfall is the feature set for time management is non existent -- and your to do's just get lost inside boards :/
Sigh almost there but not :(

Glad I'm not the only one! So many apps, yet no perfect app *sigh

You might give Structured a shot. I recently tried it and as a fellow ADHDer I found it to be a good mix of fun and structure.

The fun factor is missing in many of these apps. Amazingmarvin, though a bit pricey, has a lot of different ways to configure it so you can find the system that will work for you and also gives you statistics that can help motivate and has calendars built in. I don’t like that when you finish a task it disappears either. It kind of takes the joy of feeling like you’ve accomplished something. I have problems with pretty much every single app I’ve tried in the last year.
