@@fionainherkitchen slowly improving! I was lifting Sadie out of the car and I over extended my knee. I couldn’t risk dropping her so I had to squat down to the ground holding her. She’s 84 pounds. It’s like I bent it too much both front and back. I’m wearing a knee brace, doing daily exercises that my Dr suggested, icing it twice a day. It is better but still sore! Thank you for asking! ❤️
