Niche Zero Grinder High-Pitched Noise Problem: Defective Motor Revealed.

I purchased a popular coffee grinder, Niche Zero. When I operate the grinder, it produces a very irritating high-pitched (high-frequency) noise. Following the seller's instructions, I disassembled the product step by step to identify the source of the noise.
Ultimately, I found that the noise originates from the gearbox or the brushless motor itself located at the bottom of the motor module. This indicates that the motor or the motor module is defective.
The 'brushless motor' promoted by Niche Zero is supposed to mean 'a motor with little to no noise,' but the product does not meet this claim.
What are your thoughts on this? -_-
