- Meet Hank the Heart, and learn about a rare condition called pulmonary hypertension, or PH. When you have PH, the blood vessels in your lungs become constricted, making the right side of the heart work harder but there are several treatment options. In this video, we build on “Hank Gets PH” and discuss how you can fight your PH.
