Archery! There is a ton of people with shoulder pain, because stretching has been neglected. Most working muscles in archery are at our back, legs being in important role also.(+CORE) Been watching and doing your videos for over a year now, yoga truly is a secret weapon for archery. After being relatively short time in to this sport, I have been making huge development after I started with these videos. -Jari
I have been doing this yoga routine for a couple of years now. It has changed my game along with my other training. I notice a difference in game performance between doing this and not. GAME CHANGER! Thanks coach. -Mora, Minnesota
Sean Vigue Fitness The biggest improvements I have been able to make would be my stick handling and shooting. You have to be flexible to be able to shoot and stick handle well.
Sean, Thank you for making great videos that are easy to follow. Love the game, been playing since I was 5. Now at 38 I have found the need for yoga to keep me strong yet flexible. I can still skate and move like I did when I was young after a few weeks of following this routine. Thanks for doing what you do sir!!

Yoga for boxing and/or tennis longevity would be amazing! Thanks so much for the awesome and really helpful videos! Love this channel! Also, a video that would focus on jumper's knee/patellar tendonitis healing (it's so common): stretching out the hip flexor/quad! (which your sports videos do anyways, so maybe not).
