To those who still didn't read the fricking Title or Description and proceed to open the comment, This item is a Chinese server only, and it's not available in Global server. NetEase own anything China related so go ask them, not TGC as they don't have control of those China related In-Game Items. (i.e: Cosmetics, Spells, China only Collabs, etc...)

TGC isn't the only company in control of this version. They don't have much of anything to do with it except the stuff it gets from Live and the fact that it's Sky.

i said in caps lock in the title and also in the description that this is for the **chinese version** of sky NOT global. it is not currently and likely never will be obtainable outside the chinese version of sky
