In my experience, get γ to level 4 that way you have all three, then level 4 α, level 4 β, full send α, full send γ (for more distance), then finally β
it cost me all my alt accounts tickets but i did get her in the end and i'll be honest and this might just be because hawks is fresh on my mind but she doesn't look that broken she's strong but i don't think she's anywhere near the pain hawks is you can win wiht hawks without even trying at least with blue toga you need to learn the character a bit ironically i think she's harder to play than purple toga the technical character but that might also be because i mained toga from day 1 (or well whenever i got her which was still before she got her crazy second beta buff.)

Rapid toga look better than tech toga. Might be the best rapid character in my opinion

The thing with her is she runs out of options very fast, and has to use basic melee way more than og toga
