Army court is good enough but the trial first starts from those army generals surrendered in East Pakistan,lost Siachen, involved in massive corruption, Agosta submarine kickbacks, involved in drug smuggling and those generals who have converted institutions of army into business house( MILBUS).

This guy is an open book on the law procedures followed by people in Pakistan. They gave these options of fair trial under the constitution. The comment you made has nothing to do with this video. why the army court hasn't tried any generals or give any severe punishments to generals? it is always used for civilians, politicians, poets and low-rank officers.

We are suffering from a similar case where there was no fair trial, no right to defense counsel of choice and no due process was followed. The family was kept in dark without informing that the person was in custody or there was any trial going on for more than a year. Col. Inaam is representing our case in civilian court now but the military remains adamant and does not reveal any details of the bogus trial they held.
We only came to know about the whereabouts when he was dumped in a civil jail after a year of illegal custody, and he had only 40 days to appeal against his sentence, without any access to communication with the family.
May Allah help the victim. It's really sad to listen to such inhumanity and still be unable to do anything. Such hapless we are, the people of Pakistan

1965 war initiated by Pak surrender army by sending 30k soldiers in civilian dress to capture kashmir however at end war Indian army gain 1900 sq km including Lahore burki in Pakistan and Pak surrender army was only with 540 sq km that to infertile land in chambh sector.... Pakistan army faced humiliating defeat hence Ayub khan went to taskent to avoid more humiliation in hand of hindus/sikh soldiers......and this clown is claiming Pakistan victory 😂😂
Please give him a benefit of doubt. He is retired Lieutenant colonel so end of the day, he has to toe their line. He has clearly forgotten that in 1965 war, some of Indian army officers even had drinks at Lahore Gymkhana Club.
