Looks like in Project Downfall's case it was the art and name. It got re-uploaded to storefronts under the name "Neckbreak" and previous owners got an update with the same name which replaces some assests in the game, but notably the name obviously and now the new keyart is nothing like what was shown during the delisting. Maybe the name thing is just to stray away from any controversy or baggage the game had or could of had, and now it's the closest they can get to a fresh start.
Wow, looking at lost planet just reminding me of how much I really loved that game. Looking back at it, the closest thing to lost planet in today’s day and age is Helldivers 2.
In Project Downfall's case there are multiple possibilities, probably overlapping. Like you said the likeness thing, and possible Ai art usage but in the same vain as Taylor Swift (or at least her agency) going after people making Ai porn of her, the same is probably the case for Keanu (or his agency) where people can't use Ai to make something that looks way too similar to John Wick and make money off of it. This is backed up a bit by the fact that art was never shown, teased, or anything for the years the game was in early access and then all of the sudden the console releases happen, the art is there, looks similar to Ai art depictions of John Wick, then a week later is delisted everywhere. Had they stuck with the pixel version of the character exclusively like they have been for years I imagine this wouldn't have been an issue, and if I remember correctly the creator did say the game is currently under review now since the delisting, so I do think that may be the reason.

Literally just redownloaded and activated Dark Void Zero on my new computer... no problems. Did it to test your claim as I never activated it on my new computer, as I haven't played it in years.

@@Da_fatman What's the actual error/issue you get? Is it the infamous "invalid Serial Key" issue? Cause that's been a known issue for over a decade. ****ing SecuROM... Thankfully its not the pernicious rootkit variant of it. This also seems to be an issue caused by server issues on SecuROM's end. Which code are you entering? Cause you're suppose to copy and paste the one steam shows in a pop up when you start the game.
@@Da_fatmanDitto what Kenshiro3rd said, I would be surprised if there were unique issues but I booted it for the first time in years later in Big Picture mode. The controller and keyboard work fine but it wasn't immediately obvious that you press Enter to "blow" the cartridge.
The Leaderboards still seem functional too. It is worthy of that honourable mention in your video since Capcom messed up most of their PC releases in that time period and as it is still a hassle in comparison to any other game which looks like DVZ today where you'd be able to pull the rom if it is from a collection or have no DRM at all.
I believe Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition also was an issue related to Games for Windows Live, I remember once I first played it 10+ years ago it was a pain in the ass to patch that out or the game wouldn't even progress after the title screen
Dark Souls Remaster isn't great. It actually muddles the excellent art style of the original version
I like this kind of content ngl I give u a sub and hope for a good Entertainment in the future :)
Can the original Skyrim be considered delisted? As far as I know you can only buy the Special Edition remaster
Oldrim just doesn't appear on the search bar on steam. It actually plays perfectly fine on Windows 10 and you can still buy it along with the DLC, you just need somebody to link you the store page.

Project Downfall devs are making a new game called Unbroken and the demo for it is pretty great, different style from Downfall though but cool nonetheless.

Shift and shift 2 (which is awful) were delisted when they turned the servers off for the games. I agree though. The first is great. Play it from inside the car and it's even better

@@Da_fatman need for speed the run and another whose title escapes me were delisted at the same time. I'm expecting hot pursuit and most wanted to go soon
