Nah, you're just in euphoria for a moment when you hear this that you forgot all other anime soundtracks. Studio Pierrot's classic Yu Yu Hakusho, Fushigi Yuugi, Flame of Recca, GTO, Saiyuki all had amazing soundtracks. Ranma 1/2, Inuyasha, and Rurouni Kenshin had an amazing opening and ending themes too that I can just play them without skipping a track. Mobile Suit Gundam all had good soundtracks that's why I love playing Super Robot Wars together with Sunrise's Aura Battler Dunbine and Heavy Metal L-Gaim. Yakitate Japan and Gintama have theirs as well. Full Metal Panic all seasons had superb soundtracks. I can listen to it all day. Of course, my favorite Bones studio. Not only that they pick an awesome soundtrack they also have the most smooth and fluid animation in their opening themes that I can't get tired wathcing and listening at the same time. Let's take Soul Eater and Fullmetal Alchemist for example. Speaking of Bones, Eureka Seven had Halcali ending theme too. You might want to check that out. And oh. I would be bias of this. Sailor Moon. HAHAHA! Okay what about Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z. Those soundtracks are iconic. I'll stop here. There's just too many to mention until Lisa came and ruin it all. HAHAHA! I just don't like the new anime soundtrack even the animation. Let us just say, it's not my cup of tea. If you like the new themes, then I respect your taste.
Man seeing all these comments of 4 5 years back really hits me that it's been this long since naruto has ended, along with the teenage of many of generation. Going down the memory lane and experiencing all these emotions again always feels ecstatic. Hope all those reading this comment do things correctly at present so that you will not regret.
it was actually pretty obvious what fate was about to befall Asuma when this theme became the new ending, even if you werent already aware from the manga. the name. the focus on a somber Kurenai..then there's the fact the entire prior arcs had a huge focus on Asuma, as well as his link to Kurenai. all that considered though, it doesnt make the end fate of him any less sad...i'd actually say that it was masterfully done, how it could make people watch hold their breath hoping for the cliche hero surviving trope that would never come.
Dude and they built asumo up so much leading up to that fight it wa sso fitting though I wish I start really liking him as a character RIGHT when they killed him and his death fucked me up when jiarya died because that scene on the park bench with tsunade just screamed that he wasn't coming back and he knew it

Essa temporada foi inesquecível. As crueldades e humor da dupla Kakuzu e Hidan, Naruto criando o Rasen Shuriken, a morte do Asuma que foi muito triste... Bons tempos.
Such a sad ending. Kurenai never got to say goodbye, and Asuma never gets to see his kid again. Oh well at least laughing at what happened to Hidan helps make up for the crying when you see Kurenai's face when she learns Asuma died.

This song, along with the animation, is like a farewell moment between Asuma and Kurenai that they never got in the series.... And I have just realized the significance of the windmill, it represents Asuma because his chakra is that of the wind element... And I'd like to think that whenever the windmill spins, it means that Asuma is somewhere nearby😭💔
It's 2022 and I thought I'd re-listen to those anime songs I listened to 10-15 years ago... I'm sitting here sobbing over my laptop. Thank you Naruto for my childhood.
Naruto's openings and endings were perfectly done to fit the story, like you could clearly imagine what's going on the series within each song you hear. Hats down.
I don't think about the anime Naruto everyday all day. But whenever Im free and am having a beer or two, I listen to these nostalgic songs and relive all those times. Damn, it wasnt redemption but it sure was getting through some hard shit made possible by the anime. Peace

No matter how I tried it, I just cannot get over Asuma's death, and I'm not hoping to. And Shikamaru's break down and grieving is just.... even a guy that is unmotivated and lazy, who seldom shows his desires and dreams, suddenly showed his emotions to his late sensei. It's just unbelievable how death can affect a guy that much. Shikamaru became braver and willing to protect the people around him, and I cannot believe that he actually avenged his teacher even though he knew that the opponents are members of Akatsuki. I'm not going to lie, I didn't mind the duo dying even though they are the perfect duo. It really showed a lot of emotions regarding the relationship between a teacher and his student. And the scene that touched me the most is the last scene of Asuma in the forest of Nara, telling Shikamaru that his own Will of Fire is now passed down to Shikamaru. Just damn. I really hope that I could turn back time and watch that scene over and over again.

This song, along with the animation, is like a farewell moment between Asuma and Kurenai that they never got in the series....
And I have just realized the significance of the windmill, it represents Asuma because his chakra is that of the wind element... And I'd like to think that whenever the windmill spins, it means that Asuma is somewhere nearby😭💔

Naruto's openings and endings were perfectly done to fit the story, like you could clearly imagine what's going on the series within each song you hear. Hats down.

I don't think about the anime Naruto everyday all day. But whenever Im free and am having a beer or two, I listen to these nostalgic songs and relive all those times. Damn, it wasnt redemption but it sure was getting through some hard shit made possible by the anime. Peace

Even now in 2022 still It's hurts, it's heart breaking 💔. I feel very bad for kurenai🥺, whenever I watch this ending I cry. We always remember you Asuma sensei 😔.
No matter how I tried it, I just cannot get over Asuma's death, and I'm not hoping to. And Shikamaru's break down and grieving is just.... even a guy that is unmotivated and lazy, who seldom shows his desires and dreams, suddenly showed his emotions to his late sensei. It's just unbelievable how death can affect a guy that much. Shikamaru became braver and willing to protect the people around him, and I cannot believe that he actually avenged his teacher even though he knew that the opponents are members of Akatsuki. I'm not going to lie, I didn't mind the duo dying even though they are the perfect duo. It really showed a lot of emotions regarding the relationship between a teacher and his student. And the scene that touched me the most is the last scene of Asuma in the forest of Nara, telling Shikamaru that his own Will of Fire is now passed down to Shikamaru. Just damn. I really hope that I could turn back time and watch that scene over and over again.
Same here- it's my favorite arc of the show. Turned Shikamaru into my favorite character too.
