Recipe
Beat 2 sticks of melted, salted butter with 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 3/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking soda. Then beat in 2 1/4 cups of bread flour. Stir in 1 bag of semi sweet mini chips. Scoop dough out with 2 TB size scoop. Chill for at least 90 minutes. At this point, you can drop in a gallon zip lock and freeze for 3 weeks and bake when you want. No need to thaw. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375.
