I'm convinced if Pontus has a deck with Dargo and he draws it or casts it from the command zone he can't lose that game.

Rakdos' exile effect wasn't followed correctly. The cards he exiles go away at his controller's next end step. None of the exiled cards should have carried over until the next turn unless the sacrifice occurred in the end step.

I like that new rakdos deck damn. I need to find a way to build a high power version of the deck.
Also I thought of something. Dauntless dismantler could have been an alternative target for that chord of calling, right? I am genuinely asking.
Really really good lines at the end Pontus, cloning and shooting the dockside was a real awesome. So cloning commanders legendary rule is not a sacrifice?
strangly it is not. I thought so to. Pontus did take a look at it during the game to make sure.

@@MrTiddles69 Specifically it says put one of them in the graveyard, not sacrifice. This came up in a tournament when i tried using legend rule as a sac outlet with mayhem devil + birgi in dargo which is why i knew it to begin with

With molten duplication dual caster you don’t need the combat step and can just exile their whole library.

What program do you use to play magic with your friends?
It is actually a combination of playtesting on moxfield and using OBS as a webcam to send that feed to spelltable. I have a video tutorial explaining how to creat that set up for free in this youtube video link.

Curious question. Why not mana drain the reanimate? So much value from that sacrifice and all the cards he gets from sacrifice. Feels like countering there would shut down that turn and with three cards in hand feels like it would stall Pontus out.
I think that would have been a good point to interact aswell.

Drannith is just as good . In fact he would have exiled all those cards and have gotten no use out of it. He had the one card to answer to answer in his hand. Shit happens. Hindsight is 20/20
I am always cheering for mons even when he tries the junkiest stuff available which makes it even more similar how I play lmao

So I can see how Rakdos is weird in the command zone being a tiny bit limited, but lordy will it ever do gross things in tymna dargo.
Would love to see a cedh climate without TheOneRing or Thoracle combo.

How did the rakdos player use a colorless to cast a reanimate? I’m lost.
Rakdos wording;
Whenever you sacrifice another creature, exile cards equal to its mana value from the top of target player's library. Until your next end step, you may play those cards, and mana of any type can be spent to cast those spells.

As my friend at the shop said "nothing more boring than seeing someone go into narration mode, the worst way to enjoy Magic the Gathering."
It is kinda what we wanna bring to these videos. We want to share what we think to teach. But yes it is not for everyone. And this is fine.

It’s a non-deterministic storm loop. I don’t know if he can really do without narrating because in a normal game you have to announce what you are doing and playing so opponents can keep you honest and interact. 🤷♂️
