Got a 120V Clawhammer BIAB system 5 years ago and it has rocked and rolled like a pro. Great product. Great service. Their stainless bubble still is amazing too and both systems work well together.

Dp you have a video for your 240
Are settings persistent? Will they stay as they are set when power is off? I'm looking into hooking this up to a Smart Switch so it can start heating up my water before I wake up in the morning.
The temp settings are persistent but you need to physically hit the "heat" button before it will start heating. We often add our water to the kettle the night before, put a lid on it, and heat. If you use the insulation kit it'll maintain temp with little additional input needed.

How long does it take to get to a boil?
My 240 v system took just minutes after mash. But it boiled at 175° and boiled over. I needed to watch it the whole time. Very frustrating.
Why would I wanna auto tune?
Seems like each button does to many things.
