O filme conta a história dos irmãos (bons no gatilho) Sackett em 1869, que deixam sua casa no Tennessee e começam uma nova vida juntos em Santa Fé. Aventuras, tiroteios, tragédias e disputas contra os Bigelow. Vale destacar a participação de Tom Selleck (Orrin Sackett), antes de ficar famoso no papel de Magnum, no famoso seriado de mesmo nome. Obs: começa na “Parte 1” aqui no canal. Bora assistir!
Estreou (1ª parte) na TV na última segunda-feira de 1980, em Segunda Sem Lei (Bandeirantes); tendo a 2ª parte na primeira segunda-feira de 1981.
Por não ter encontrado uma versão dublada na internet, inseri uma legenda disponível para download que achei na rede (verifiquei apenas a sincronização no início), para facilitar o entendimento de quem não entende Inglês. Obrigado ao autor por disponibilizá-la.

Of all the books Louis lamour wrote, to the far blue mountains was my favorite
They turn on Tom Sunday in part 2. A ladies man to boot! 😂😂
Pretty good movie, but the script was not very faithful to the books. The ending, in particular, was completely different. Naturally, Hollywood had to throw in a big shootout, copied after the shootout at the OK Corral. In the book Sackett, most of the Bigelows were trapped in the mountains and froze to death. Tell Sackett met the last Bigelow in a one-on-one gunfight and killed him. I think the ending in the book was much better than the movie.
