- No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake is one of the richest desserts I’ve ever made! Cream cheese is combined with dark chocolate and condensed milk, then spread over a chocolate cookie base. Chilled until set, this glorious dessert is perfect for parties, special occasions or just when you need a bit of naughty chocolate indulgence - give this one a try today!
Ingredients:
500g of Philadelphia Style Cream Cheese (2 Blocks)
400g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
300g of Dark Semi Sweet Chocolate
250g Packet of Plain Chocolate Cookies (I used Arnott’s Choc Ripple)
100g of Unsalted Butter (melted)

For the coffee ice cream, I had an old jar of instant coffee so I substituted it with 1 tblsp of McCormick coffee extract and it turned out great. Want it stronger.....add more.

This is what I was looking for! But I am going to add a layer of instant fudge pudding mix on top of the cream cheese, and on top of that, whip up some chocolate whipped cream, then top that off with chocolate shavings. Did I say I like chocolate? Lol! Thanks again for having what I was needing! Have a blessed day!!
Forgot to add.....when wanting to really boost the flavor of chocolate, I add in a tablespoon or two of instant coffee powder. Makes a big difference.
