@@CherylGoer when you are connected to the device open the 3 horizontal line menu on the left when you click on the device from there it gives you the option to leave it on longer or turn auto shutoff off!

How many shots can you take before the battery dies? I have the canon cliq+ and the battery life isn’t the best is there a noticeable difference in the battery life on the cliq+ 2? Also have you had any issues in either camera with the paper feeding? I’ve had issues where the camera wouldn’t print because there was a constant paper jam. Looking to upgrade to the ivy cliq +2 do you think it’s worth it? Sorry for the loaded questions! Great content
I don’t take photos that often with it so I’m not sure. But printing wise, I can definitely print more than 10 photos in one setting. Luckily, so far I never had an issue with paper jam. The biggest difference between CLIQ+ and +2 is that when you take photos with CLIQ+2, the photos come out much more saturated and colorful, which I love but some people prefer the white effect like old fashion Polaroid look.

Hmm 🤔 Did you try turning the Bluetooth on and off a few times? If not, try to restart your phone. If not, try it with a different phone or iPad to see if it’s your phone’s problem or the printer’s! Definitely exchange it if it’s the printer’s problem! It shouldn’t be hard to connect at all!
A viewer gave me some new info. today! Apparently, there are CLIQ2 and CLIQ+2. CLIQ2 does NOT have the access to the App which means it cannot connect to phones.😓

Hahaha I totally understand! If you don’t want to have the app feature, you can just point and shoot! Like a Polaroid camera! In that case you can buy a cheaper version - CLIQ or CLIQ 2! Without “plus”. “Plus” has the feature to connect to a phone with the app. Hope this helps!

Hi girl! Good question! This is the closest info I could find: support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&id=ART177575 So you can save the photos for sure with a SD card but I’m not sure if that will stop it from printing the photos out.

I loved your video on this, it inclined me to buy one! I do have one question though. I got the Ivy cliq 2 and am having trouble connecting it to my phone. Yea normally it should show up on your phone right away! It should be easy to connect as well. If you’re having problem, I would recommend to exchange it! This never happened to me but some viewers also told me that they had issue connecting. What kind of phone do you use?
After a lot of looking I figured out that the ivy cliq 2 and the ivy cliq+2 are different so I have the ivy cliq 2 witch means that it does not connect tony phone. We probably have the same ones, I did not think they where different but apparently they are

You connect through Bluetooth and use the Canon Mini Print app to print! Make sure the model you got was either CLIQ+ or CLIQ+2. Cause CLIQ does not have the cellphone printing feature. Hope this helps!😊
I don’t know if you’ll ever see this but I just bout my cliq and it doesn’t turn on at all even when I charge it nothing happens no lights come on my friend has the same problem

So through my research there is actually 3 models the first model was discontinued which was the canon ivy cliq and then there is the canon ivy cliq 2 and the canon ivy cliq+2. I’m confused on the title of your video. you have the ivy cliq+2 and what is the other model the ivy cliq2 or the discontinued model of just the ivy cliq? That would make a big difference.
Yea there are 4 models: CLIQ, CLIQ 2, CLIQ +, and CLIQ +2. The ones with “+” can connect to the Canon App like how I demonstrated in the video (you can edit photos in the app and print out the photos from your phone)! The ones without “+”, they are just like the traditional instant camera. Hope this helps! 😊
If you got Ivy CLIQ, you can't connect to the bluetooth. Only Ivy Mini, CLIQ+ and CLIQ+2 can connect to the bluetooth and print the photos with the Canon app! Hope this helps!:)
One person also told me about this issue before and honesty I'm not sure why that's happening. I would try to print it with a different phone/iPad and if the blue lines don't go away, you should exchange it! Hope this helps:)

Ya I am having the same problem and my phone is the iPhone 11, the problem with exchanging it is that this was a gift so I do not have the receipt
