Hi, I have this VCR (actually the Blaupunkt RTV-1000, a rebadged version) and the takeup reel is stuck: I cannot spin it at all, even with my hand. At 16:26 you disassemble the takeup reel, but I do not understand why, because you speak Vietnamese and there are no English subtitles. Was your reel stuck too? Was the rotor too low and touching the stator? Did you fix it by adding the spacers shown at 16:46? If you could explain in English what you did, that would be helpful! Thanks!
Hi Ferruccio Fantozzi ! At the top of the take-up reel there is a plastic cap nut, which helps lift the magnet disc by creating a gap between the rotor and stator. After a period of operation, the plastic is brittle, making this nut not tight and causing the rotor to collapse into friction with the stator. Please lift the rotor from the motor shaft, check the tightness of the button, if necessary glue it. Then re-install it again . If the problem is still not resolved, please insert a spacer to make a gap.
great misu! would you recommend this vcr for digitization with its tbc? at the moment I use jvc br-s822e but I don't like its tbc and in digitization I always have problems .. would this 8000 be the solution or would you recommend anything else? Thanks for all

Hi Fabrizio Imperiale ! For digitization , Sony SVO-5800 is the best , TBC of SVO-5800 is better than Pana or JVC.
