- The wheelbase affects many things on a motorcycle, and many things affect it! It influences how a bike corners, how much the bike pitches, how the tyres are loaded and much more, so understanding it is crucial in racing.
Aaron from Zero One Racing (www.zerooneracing.com) explains what wheelbase is, how it affects the bike and why there may be more to it than you'd think!

This is what I been searching for a long time, thanks guys!
You're very welcome, thank you for your comment!
@@zerooneracing7430 your videos are very informative
Could you please do a video on center of gravity vs center of rotation?
Also I would assume you race regularely so it would be interesting if you could narrate some interesting moments of a race or maybe do some track challenged between bikes to keep having content!
Make more educational videos on motorcycle. Thanks.
Excellent simple sensible inputs appreciate sharing it with all riders

Hello it will be great if you can explain how to fit the suspension and the rear forck for short people or tall thanks?
Hello Aaron, I have a question for You. Let's take R1 2020 as an example. If I will make the wheelbase longer by adding the links to the chain, what can I do in the front end of my R1 to help it steer better? Should i lower the bike by sliding the fork up in the triple clamp to compensate for the longer wheelbase? Can you please answer? Btw amazing video! Subscribed :)
Awesome video! You not only clearly explained the concepts behind the wheelbase geometry, but also gave people some basic knowledge to calculate and assess their own bike.
Could you do a video on wheel sizing ? I'm not talking about the people running 250 rear wheels, I'm talking about the handling aspects when going up or down in wheel diameter, not so much the performance characteristics of tire sizes and widths.
A video on why certain wheel sizes have become standard to specific applications, like scooters, moto gp, sportbikes, dirtbikes, etc.
Bro i want more videos
Thanks very informative, can you make video for basic riding techniques for beginners
Thank you for your comment! For riding technique I would recommend Simon Crafar's channel, "Motovudu" (ruclips.net/user/motovudu).
