    Day 10 done. It was great.
    Now i have completed 10 days Yoga practice without any break. I’ll keep doing it for the next 20 days as well without any break.

    I would like to share a little achievement of mine. I started following your classes since last year mid November. Initially my feet were not touching the ground while doing down ward facing dog. Today I found my feet are touching the ground very easily while doing the pose. I really felt happy about this little achievement of mine. Thanks for your detailed guidance!!🤗☺️

    Preeti, you're the best yoga youtube's channel ever!! It took me ages to find the best one: I love all the proposed thematic, the rhythm and the music, your peaceful voice, short & efficient explanation on the right moment, and so on,...
    I wish you all the best with your practice and teaching time. Hopefully, I catch you for some yoga sessions in India for next time I'll be there (according to your available session).

    I really love the Spine day. I never did that kind of intense spine stretch and after the session i can feel the strength in my spine and the lower back pain is also reducing. Admire the way u make us learn.

    My arms are always been very week due to fractures on both of them...Never able to do side plank before...arms were shivering but atleast i did it for few breaths ...feeeling great .. Thanyou for this session ❤️

    In today's session I did all poses perfectly and I remember that 1 week ago I can't able to do side plank and even touch my toes but now I did side plank perfectly and I can touch my toes and can hold 30 sec

    Day 10 - feeling quite focused and relaxed 😌.
    I have one query sometime doing leg stretching like today's posture after three legs downward facing dog, my nerves got a twist and it's really painful. Can you please suggest something.

    Day 10 done.. ✨ I felt a lot of pressure on my wrists as well. Is it okay ? 😶
    Also, I was able to do the plank properly and for the very first time it didn't feel so tough. 😻✨

    I have a question. My arm strength is pretty weak, when repeating asana is advisable? After the 30 days challenge or anytime before that?

    I have started this series 10 days back. I have successfully completed 10 days and I love this series ma'am. But I have doubt that I started this series for weight gaining. Should I continue this or not???

      For example Day 2 me jo stretching sikhaye ye wo day 3 me repeat karana hai ya nahi ? Or simply we have to go for that day's stretching....hope you understand my question
