Initially my feet were not touching the ground while doing down ward facing dog. Today I found my feet are touching the ground very easily while doing the pose. I really felt happy about this little achievement of mine. Thanks for your detailed guidance!!🤗☺️

I really love the Spine day. I never did that kind of intense spine stretch and after the session i can feel the strength in my spine and the lower back pain is also reducing. Admire the way u make us learn. Sending gratitude and love 🙏
Feeling opened in whole body. Little bit shaking in arms during planks. But I did it and happy for me that I am progressing day by day. Thank you. See you tomorrow

In today's session I did all poses perfectly and I remember that 1 week ago I can't able to do side plank and even touch my toes but now I did side plank perfectly and I can touch my toes and can hold 30 sec
10days done.... And it was the big challenge for me to touch my feet in ground while doing downward facing dog but today I found that there is a big change in this position. Thank you Dii ❤
