    Hello everyone,
    today I prepared a very soft and delicate cake with the taste and smell of apple and cinnamon Waston.
    Well, let's go to the tutorial of our delicious apple and cinnamon cake:
    ☆ingredients:
    3 eggs
    1 cup of sugar
    1/2 cup of oil
    1/2 cup yogurt
    2 cups of pastry flour
    2 teaspoons of baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
    2 medium apples
    Decorative apple for cake:
    3 red apples
    1 and a half teaspoons of cinnamon
    2 tablespoons of white sugar
    ☆To make an apple in the shape of a rose:
    Cut the apple in half and cut into thin and even slices.Put parchment paper on the bottom of the oven tray and stack the sliced ​​apples on one side and sprinkle a little sugar on them.
    Place the tray in the oven at 180° for 10 minutes until the apples soften a little and it is easy to roll them.
    After baking, roll on one side.
    The size and number of roses depends on your taste.(The more you roll, the bigger the flower size) I made 6 medium roses for my cake😊
    ☆Making caramel apples for the middle of the cake:
    Peel 2 apples and grate them.
    Put it together with sugar and cinnamon in a suitable container on the flame.Fry on low heat for 5 minutes until the apple becomes soft and the sugar and cinnamon are absorbed by the apple.
    (The heat must be low because cinnamon and sugar burn quickly)
    *After roasting, keep it aside to cool.
    ☆To make the cake batter:
    Beat eggs + vanilla + sugar for 5 to 6 minutes until creamy and fluffy.Add yogurt and oil and stir each for 30 seconds.
    Mix flour and baking powder in a separate container and sift 3 times and add it to the ingredients.Mix the cake ingredients until completely smooth.
    Cover the bottom of the cake mold with greaseproof paper, but if you don't have paper, you can grease the pan a little.
    Pour half of the cake ingredients into the mold and then place the caramelized apple in the middle and spread it evenly on the surface of the dough and then pour the rest of the cake dough on it.And finally, I put apples in the shape of roses on top of the cake dough (pay attention, don't put these flowers into the dough too much because the cake will puff up in the oven) and decorate with pistachio slices and caramel.
    (Turn on the oven for 10 minutes in advance to heat it up)
    Place the cake in the oven at 180° for 50 to 60 minutes.
    After baking the cake, insert a toothpick or a wooden skewer into the cake and if the cake dough does not stick to it, then your cake is cooked and ready.
    After baking, let the cake cool and then serve😊
