Yiruma's "River flows into You" and "Kiss the Rain" made me a fan of the piano... I still remember the day I was introduced to these masterpieces almost 6 years ago...
those two, plus maybe, then discovering Joe Hisaishi has made me start t learn the piano. I look forward to the day where I can spend my weekends playing such beautiful music at home. It really has changed my life for the better.
My mom died in 2011. I was 21. She had a heart attack while sleeping. I still have the nokia 2700 phone that she bought for me because it still have all of her texts for me. Until that night when she died. Her motivational text for me is still there when I first applied for a job. Until now, I still regret not having a chance to give her my very first own earned money. The day she died was when the letter from our government arrived stating that I passed the nursing board exam. I am at least thankful that we already knew of this news from the net few months prior. But she was still waiting for that letter. I miss you mom. I still grieve to this day.

my grandfather died and this song makes me think of me I used to go to his house a lot and scream "Grandaddy!" I loved staying at his house when I was younger but as I got into school I never saw him often but he still came over and made me smile like he always did I remember when I was in about 1st grade my mom sat us down in her room and told us he passed away in the hospital I fell to the floor my grandfather I just saw in the hospital dead I remember at his funeral I said a little poem on how much I loved him but he will always be in my heart as the best grandfather ever and if you see this from Heaven I love you so much ALWAYS LOVE YOUR FAMILY BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THEY WILL LEAVE YOU

After my father died I heard this song........ I practiced it and I made it perfect..... One day our class was about piano and our teacher said who knows how to play.... My classmates were laughing while I'm about to play this song..... When I played it almost all of them cried...... and also me..... I remembered my father while I'm playing it... So beautiful. I was lucky enough to get a seat in his 2016 New York tour. It was totally glorifying seeing my idol and aspiration playing in front me. Thanks to him, I discovered my identity as a composer. That feeling. that feeling of sharing your emotion through music is indescribable. Now writing songs is probably one of my main purpose in my life.

I learned this song when I found out that my Grandmother was gonna be put under hospice care... the last few times trying to practice, I couldn't get through the whole song without crying my eyes out. It was like every note I played reminded me of her and that she is eventually gonna leave us... she's still fighting and I think the Lord is gonna grant my dad's wish for her to still be alive for his birthday tomorrow... but yeah this song just really gives me the feels full force when I play it or when Yiruma plays it. This song is my theme for her.. I'm praying for you

This music was introduced to me by my beautiful daughter and it reminds me of my Mother so loves just the same even when I got into substance abuse and became the black sheep of the family. This is the comment you need to hear/read. I’m just like you, a gamer, working because I have too, wanting to sleep in etc. But there comes a time as an adult that you have to grow up. Unless you are a pro streamer, you won’t go anywhere playing games all day. You have to take that next step, and trust me, it’s a big fucking step that not many are prepared for. I’m not either, but take baby steps that’ll eventually equal to that big step, then on to the next step. Find things that you can substitute with playing games. Read, play a music instrument, go to the gym, or play some sports, something that’ll get you out of the house or focus on something other than games. I started by deleting games off my phone and I don’t even miss it or think about them anymore as I always had to check on each game daily etc, start with that. Have the mind set that you have to evolve and get to the next level. As for jobs, look for ones that pay more than $100,000 as the goal. If you don’t know any, look it up in google. Take the baby steps to getting there. Now, go get it!

Wow! I heard this melody for the first time when I traveled to South Korea back on 2015. The song was being played at the train station in the city of Changwon, waiting for my train to take me back to Seoul and then to get into an airplane to return to Mexico (where I LIVE) afterwards. I remember trying to capture it on Shazam but I ran out of battery in my cell phone. However, I always kept the music notes in my memory and never really forget them. On that time, this song made me feel nostalgic, even though I had no reason to feel that way. Suddenly, today, after several years, I found this song again, and this is very strange because I've been going through some things lately in my life that really make me feel kind of sad, but at the same time with hope and joy to continue living. My mom died in 2011. I was 21. She had a heart attack while sleeping. I still have the nokia 2700 phone that she bought for me because it still have all of her texts for me. Until that night when she died. Her motivational text for me is still there when I first applied for a job. Until now, I still regret not having a chance to give her my very first own earned money. The day she died was when the letter from our government arrived stating that I passed the nursing board exam. I am at least thankful that we already knew of this news from the net few months prior. But she was still waiting for that letter. I miss you mom. I still grieve to this day.

my grandfather died and this song makes me think of me I used to go to his house a lot and scream "Grandaddy!" I loved staying at his house when I was younger but as I got into school I never saw him often but he still came over and made me smile like he always did I remember when I was in about 1st grade my mom sat us down in her room and told us he passed away in the hospital I fell to the floor my grandfather I just saw in the hospital dead I remember at his funeral I said a little poem on how much I loved him but he will always be in my heart as the best grandfather ever and if you see this from Heaven I love you so much ALWAYS LOVE YOUR FAMILY BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THEY WILL LEAVE YOU

I learned this song when I found out that my Grandmother was gonna be put under hospice care... the last few times trying to practice, I couldn't get through the whole song without crying my eyes out. It was like every note I played reminded me of her and that she is eventually gonna leave us... she's still fighting and I think the Lord is gonna grant my dad's wish for her to still be alive for his birthday tomorrow... but yeah this song just really gives me the feels full force when I play it or when Yiruma plays it. I'ts my first time to celebrate Christmas and New Year I'm here in Maryland and I just miss my Family so much. This music was introduced to me by my beautiful daughter and it reminds me of my Mother so loves just the same even when I got into substance abuse and became the black sheep of the family. Good thing my wife help me find my way out of addiction. I thank God for helping me overcome all my pains and sufferings and for His great love and mercy.
4 days ago when my friend passed away, i still can't believe that he's gone. I hope he'll rest in peace. I miss him so much.

20살 어린날, 가사 하나 없는 피아노곡에 왜 그리도 빠져들었었는지.. 가사보다 더 한 수 많은 감정들이 느껴지는 곡. 온갖 감정들이 맘 속에 휘몰아친다. 난생 처음 사랑한 피아노곡. 이 곡 때문에 피아노를 배우고 싶었는데.. 이제 마흔을 앞에두고 9살 난 아들에게 “엄마가 어릴때부터 제일 좋아하는 곡이야, 열심히 배워서 꼭 엄마한테 들려줘” 아들은 “응” 하고 대답한다.
시간은 20년이 가까웠지만 여전히 난 스무살 그때처럼 설렌다.

Ever since this piano track is being played at my dad’s funeral it has forever been etched in my mind as the most beautiful song with the most melancholic melody. It always reminds me of my dad whenever I hear this again. That feeling of seeing my dad for the last time always overwhelmed me. I really miss my Dad.

Music is really a powerful weapon to make your travel down in your memories, cries, regrets, and moments, and how life is so good back then. Hugs to everyone, if you feel unloved i'm just here, a random stranger that is always proud of your achievements and struggles that you've been to. It has been my favorite for over 7 years now. When my son was born it was on the lullaby and it wrapped around my heart and never let go. My son just asked me my favorite lullaby and I told him Kiss the rain", and he asked to hear it..here we are..I won't cry..much. This is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. This is the comment you need to hear/read. I’m just like you, a gamer, working because I have too, wanting to sleep in etc. But there comes a time as an adult that you have to grow up. Unless you are a pro streamer, you won’t go anywhere playing games all day. You have to take that next step, and trust me, it’s a big fucking step that not many are prepared for. I’m not either, but take baby steps that’ll eventually equal to that big step, then on to the next step. Find things that you can substitute with playing games. Read, play a music instrument, go to the gym, or play some sports, something that’ll get you out of the house or focus on something other than games. I started by deleting games off my phone and I don’t even miss it or think about them anymore as I always had to check on each game daily etc, start with that. Have the mind set that you have to evolve and get to the next level. As for jobs, look for ones that pay more than $100,000 as the goal. If you don’t know any, look it up in google. Take the baby steps to getting there. Now, go get it!

I heard this melody for the first time when I traveled to South Korea back on 2015. The song was being played at the train station in the city of Changwon, waiting for my train to take me back to Seoul and then to get into an airplane to return to Mexico (where I LIVE) afterwards.
I remember trying to capture it on Shazam but I ran out of battery in my cell phone. However, I always kept the music notes in my memory and never really forget them.
On that time, this song made me feel nostalgic, even though I had no reason to feel that way. Suddenly, today, after several years, I found this song again, and this is very strange because I've been going through some things lately in my life that really make me feel kind of sad, but at the same time with hope and joy to continue living.
