Change The Gear Not The Player... Golf Gear Test

Today's video is a special one because unlike most it was completely unplanned.
Sometimes practice really does make perfect, but other times you simply need to change the gear you are playing with. We always say on this channel fit the gear to the player not the player to the gear.
Bally has been struggling lately with spin and while practicing his technique Marc proposed a new approach.
Simply by switching the shaft bally was able to improve his performance by a mind blowing margin!

That’s a pretty cool example of a shaft change making a difference. Especially on partial wedge shots. Appreciate the tip on keeping glue out of the inside of a shaft. My first re tip attempt snapped an I bet that’s why. Too much epoxy inside the tip

BGT wedge shafts retail for $200 per shaft. that is an expensive wedge. I think I will work on technique to get more spin.

Technique is always the way to go! But if you can afford gear that helps you preform better it’s always worth a try!
