Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
I actually appreciate how you didn’t price/bargain too low. Times are hard for everyone. The traders too have to make money to survive. God bless you
I am watching from America... feeling homesick for a place I have never been.
I'm amazed at the way the ladies are are always generous, most add a little extra than their measuring containers. They seem kind too! Watching all the way from Namibia 🇳🇦.
One thing I have noticed about the market videos, whenever you go to a vendor they always give you a good helping. They reach back in and put a little extra on the top I love that. That is something you do not see here in America. I want to go to Africa so badly 🥰😍🥰😍
Whoever reading this comment will be a successful person! Just keep going!!🙏🏾💯👌🏾
Amen!
Amen!
Amen in Jesus name, same to you.
Amen, IJMN
Ameen ya Allah
It’s really heart warming how the ladies added jara. The conversations too, I just remembered that it’s really not always gbas Gbos in the market. The traders are ever so helpful. I admire their hustle and bustle I won’t lie
Easily proving Tayo Aina wrong. At the youtuber meetup he said no one wants to see someone going to the market? Please, this market content is gold.
I loved it when you said ''which kinda customer be dis,'' to the girl that sold the green pepper and then to the scent leaf seller ''the thing is entering my eye''
Only in Nigeria can we speak like that and we still make sense...big ups Yemisi, i gbadun you always.
By the way, I'm a man o (9ja to d bone), from Vancouver, BC...
The mama selling Gari speaks good English, bless her😊. Nice one👍🏾
Can’t wait to see home again. People ask me what I miss most about Nigeria, I tell them is the food. Though loads of the ingredients are now in the States, nothing beats fresh!
See fresh vegetables, smoked fish looking so fresh. I miss my Naija market
Me too.😭
I feel you my sister. My exact thoughts watching this video.
Ikr not all this overpriced processed food
I love the way you were saying thank you
Well done Sisi Yemmie
I miss the market. Food price has gone up even in the UK.
Sister Yemisi! I'm impressed! Not only are you showing the ins and outs of market shopping, but you are also doing journalism. So subtly finding out the behind the scenes happenings. Excellent job.👍 👏👏👏👏👏
The market seems so peaceful and friendly

This makes me long to go back to Nigeria. There’s nothing like the sounds and smells of the market place.

I hardly go to the market these days so it's nice 'following' you for market runs. I like that you were kind in your bargaining with the sellers.

They are still gaining my sister.

Mamas skin selling the garri is sooo radiant #that african sun
Hhh Naija !!!! Simple life ! We go dey Europe dey form like say we dey adapt !
But we are just dying inside slowly!
Simple life, fresh produce, bartering and haggling!
Africa! Nigeria !
These delicious organic foods are extremely cheap by oyinbo standards
Me I don’t see any issue with the North refusing to send “food” with to other parts of the country.

Everything in Ajah is expensive even when there's no market strike... Sellers there love to hike price because they believe people will still buy from them.
I just tire for them
I tire oooo
Hi Sisi! Can you make a video showing all the fruits, provisions, and vegetables in the market. That fruit next to the tamarind looks like something we call "June Plums" or "golden apples".

Very nice and fresh produce. Good to see home grown produce freshly displayed... That native soup will be fire!... This made me very hungry for that authentic "home grown taste" that you don't usually get, living abroad!...Like the way mama added the "Jara" to the garri!... Love your vids!
