Another amazing video thank you Andrew, the Loucks paint jobs are the best. . Both father and son are incredible artists. Yeah those prevost are really put together and stainless steel so they never rust just incredible. Between the custom paint job and all the work they put on the inside it's no wonder they're worth a couple mill. Have a great day and ias always safe and happy travels to you brother
Great video work as always. We saw our Harley and Corvette trailer in the background at Sturgis. Briefly, but did give me a smile. Thanks Andrew, love your channel

If a person could afford and handle or pay someone to handle...the Prevost with an updated yet traditional cozy Country Coach type interior would be my choice...my problem is I just can not deal with ..lol..laughing at self...I do not like a lot of the ultra modern interiors of the best buses. All this being said..I saw a good price on a barely used appx 10 year old production Class A that I may have jumped on if I could that day and so appreciate the learning phase...it was a 37 foot bath and a half and I am looking to have friends on different parts of the journey and my dad. Even with a partner..2 toilettes is preferable in a big way...especially after dealing with none and my dad during a septic tank root and find it job last week. Great content Andrew..thanks also for connection to other channels.
The structural frame is stainless. The bottom frame is welded together just like the top frame. All of that is then welded to the main channel frame rails. My Wanderlodge is built the same way.
So interesting. It seems strange that they finish paint the outside before the interior build work is done. I would think possibility to damage the paint during the build process would be high. Marathon builds their coaches the same way. I own a Tiffin and have toured their factory, they build their coaches then paint at the end of the process. I realize they’re not the same quality but I’d like to know why they do it that way.
Marathon answered your question, its because of all the heat that the bus go threw in order for the paint to dry that will effect the adhesives and glue used inside the bus
You should of rolled the cameras longer to get all of the build in. because this area of the build in the life of a coach is foundational type information and it’s rarely ever disclosed. Was the Prevost insulated with 2 pound urethane foam because it matters. Urethane foam is strong and it out performs all other installations on the market. And it’s a good value for you money. It’s front end loaded on cost but they drop down in the heating and cooling bills. and so it’s cheaper to run your AC and your heat. Plus it makes your rig more rigid and squeak free.
This is only the paint facility. I was not at the factory. Check out the entire behind the scenes tour I did a couple videos before this. Link is in the description.
Great vid . Hey Andrew I happen to be in Middlebury IN getting a new car hauler . Where's the best place for me to buy some good 6 volt AGM batteries in town while I'm here for the coach Or maybe someplace heading back east from here. Thanks in advance, preciate you!
Cool video. Is that whole frame made from stainless steel? I also saw the Hot Boat poster on the wall. My wife was a model for them in the 90’s. She got a kick out of seeing it in the video.
haha! that is too funny. Its a small world! You should stop by if your ever in Elkhart. super friendly folks and your wife can see here magazine cover blown up on a wall in person 😁 Hope you guys are having a great summer. I appreciate all the comments and still thank you for the encouragement you gave me when I met you early on in my career 🙏
Ridiculous price. So much suffering in America yet consumers justify spending stupid money on junk that will breakdown, rust, and be worthless eventually. Sad to see the state we are in.
I agree with you 100% into some of the comments about Andrew being safe I have not once seen a mask and you and you’ve been to Sturgis and everywhere dude give me a break I was it is it about making money Andrew it’s not just political politics that’s all I’m saying be safe
To bad stainless steel give off toxic chemicals that cause cancer when its warm to avoid it just give it a candy white paint Or just buy a rv made out of sticks a staples an just drive under 50mph so you don't blow apart an you can have any paint job
Nice! -- BUT -- Why did they use cheap plywood as a subfloor. Thhat is terrible -- it WILL ROT and ruin. Shouuld be a SYNTHETIC material like the new Airstreams use. I think it is Dupont or 3M that makes it. Never rots or absorbs water. Lasts forever. DUMP THAT plywood junk. It will move, expand, absorb water, rot etc.
The information on your videos is great! But lately you’ve been doing some close-ups to the people you’re interviewing it doesn’t look professional you’re too close to their face with the camera just a thought
Incredible structural integrity on the Prevost. Makes for a very quiet & safe ride. Thanks for the video!!

Interesting. Thank you for the tour. TAOD is awesome. Thanks Mark and Andrew. Happy trails!
WOW, there is a huge amount of work to put one of these liberty coaches together! Thanks for the prebuilt tour.
These coaches are always interesting to see. Just incredible!
Boy, are those things built! I wasn't expecting the frame to be stainless steel. Thanks for this video, Really learned a lot from this.
Thanks for the video on the Prevost. Would love to see more when they start the build.
Wow these buses are bloody great,And Andrew you are in the top 2 for RV related vlogs infact you are number 1
Love it Andrew! I can't get enough. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, I have no idea, id look up an interstate battery if it were me
Hello Andrew.....enjoy your video's. Do to you know what the outer shell material happens to be? Thanks J.
Look's like Liberty specks out their shells a little better than Marathon with insulation already blown in. Cool vid!
Very interesting. I have not seen the marathon spec but will have to look that up.
I'm trying to find the Retail Price of a 2023 H3-45 & XL3 Shell. You would think I'm looking for a Top Secret File. Any ideas??

I always wonder who these people are with a thumbs down?
Haha, haters! 😎
They are probably just internet trolls! Morons! LOL!
All these rich people dropping 40k to build a skoolie would be awesome to buy a empty prevost and build it out.
Ive heard the empty Prevost shell is about $750k

Its because its impossible to get good audio in these factories with machines going. If I wasn't close, you wouldn't hear them.
Very nice. But out of my league.
