Are these people really trying to paint these women as victims? The moment I saw a group photo of Jen, the kids, and her partner, I immediately knew it was a murder-suicide. People got mad at me for saying so - and then eventually the cops said so, too. Granted, I read people very well, but everything about her body language and the whole set-up made it clear that Jen was narcissistic, and adopting those kids were all about her and an image she was creating for herself. She killed those poor kids when she got exposed, just like a lot of abusers with narcissistic or psychopathic traits have done before her. My heart breaks for those poor kids. They never got a real chance in life.
100% agree. Jen and Sarah Hart were not big hearted people who fell under the weight of pressure and responsibility. Jen Hart perfectly fits the profile of a family annihilator who coldly decided the lives of her family were only worth something if they benefited her. The fact her “friends” still can’t admit they were taken in by a narcissistic sociopath who only showed them what they wanted to see is an insult to our intelligence and the memory of the children.
@Melanie Onigen bingo they are disgusting they didn't even birth these children and made a decision to take their lives when it wasn't even their judgment call to do that like imagine the system taking away your child or you not being able to financially support a child giving them in to foster care and finding out they died smh
@Melanie Onigen Those two bitches used those kids as props to get kudos from others. I can just hear the gushing and fawning over them when they took their Rainbow Family to festivals. "OMG! I think it is like, totally KEWL n' wonderful n' stuff that two wonderful loving lesbian parents would adopt and lovingly raise 6 minority children!" Those kids were merely attention getting devices for the crazed lunatic bitches. Those who are defending those bitches and trying to portray them as victims do so because they are afraid of the vitriol they would recieved if they spoke the truth. But no, they are afraid of what others in the woke cult would say if they fell out of lockstep and didn't dutifully recite politically correct polemics. They are every bit as sick in the head as those two murdering bitches.
After watching this I am very disappointed that these demons friends were given a platform to speak on. They acted like they were judged and great women. This isn't about them, it's about the kids. The details are way worse. Why didn't the friends explain why Hannah's teeth where missing?? Complete one sided.
I have only watched this trailer here, and just that small sliver preview, turned me off to this entirely. Fucking disgusting people, all of em. I feel so so terrible for these children.
When I first learned about the Hart family, it was 2019 in an article in the New York Times, well after their death in California. What absolutely 100% shocked me was how these women were allowed to adopt SO many kids - it was clearly a system of abuse. What horrified me the most was that these kids were African American, placed in an undisclosed system, such as foster care, then paraded on social media, and then murdered. Clearly, these women were not equipped, spiritually, psychologically, to parent so many children. The fact that the parents were Caucasian suggests that the face of racism here for this family was that they could do whatever they want - without empathy or consequence, a racism rooted in white narcissistic personality disorder, passed from generation to generation, or in biblical terms, an unclean heart. #GlorytoJesus #gracisougratitude #love
Exactly! I am disgusted by how one-sided this is. They make the children out to be martyrs and these horrible women to be full of pain. The focus is wrong and this documentary is shameful
I really hope this BS is pulled from the shelves. Literally, it should never have been produced anyway. These women Murdered and abused these children. They constantly fled to continue to do so, yet, their friends can speak on their behalf?! Whoever made this, and their friends... burn in hell.
The only one who cared about these 6 innocents was the female neighbor who cries after they died. Her and her father were concerned and tried to help the kids when they were alive!
First of all, those two crazy bit**s. Then the adoption agency, then everyone else who turned a blind eye to whatever they ever witnessed - that includes school staff, neighbors and etc. Otherwise since US is hell bent on destroying the family institution, they had it coming.
Biggest red flag was when they took them out of the school system tobe homeschooled after the children were found with bruises and complained of being abused. Dyfys should have been all over them at that point. They we're obviously trying to hide the abuse. Those poor children didn't deserve what happened to them.
These women's treatment of their kids had nothing to do with social media. What a ridiculous and inhumane excuse. This documentary did not evoke any sympathy from me. It is terribly biased and only perpetuated the myth that these women were troubled. They were narcissistic child abusers. No one is to blame but them. You should be ashamed for creating such a documentary.
That is what is upsetting. Why so much focus on social media. We know both women are narcissist abusive people. Of course they're going to exploit the children.
I’m not buying that Jen and Sarah were victims like half these “ friends” in the video are trying to assert or at least entertain... they obviously didn’t know the real family dynamic whatsoever... is it so hard to admit some people are adopting solely for selfish reasons? These two sure were
Having grown up in the foster care system of Chicago... this haunts me in ways I can't even articulate. I hope these children are all experiencing the unfathomable LOVE and freedom of Heaven... and these two predators who used them are rotting in hell.
It’s crazy to me how they painted them as victims considering they made a choice to drive off a cliff with their kids in the van because they knew that they were going to be charged for the crimes against their adopted children. For anybody that thinks either of the two full grown adults are victims just know they still haven’t found Devonte‘s body!
I thought about watching this but after seeing the trailer of two white women being defended by their friends for killing six black kids they fostered is evil. I'm disgusted. U filmed this doc to tell their background? Might as well make a doc about dahmers poor life and how eating people was justified. Gtf out of her with this sh*t
What if they never found devonte because they gave him to much benadryl which killed him. They put him somewhere else and came up with the conclusion they did because it was too hard and too incriminating.
I understand that there was not enough evidence to remove the kids from that home but at the same time there were so so many reports of abuse and honestly, they should have done something anything because now it's too late and it just sucks that so many kids have to go through this and from what I can tell a lot go unreported and the cps system and foster care just suck I hope that no child ever has to go through what they did. Edit: also one mother went to jail for a year? but that's not solving anything even though the other mother did abuse them more the one in jail still has access to the children after she has been released excuse me what?
One mother was on probation, Sarah, for a year, after tiny Abigail was savagely beaten for having a penny in her pocket. Neither ever served jail time. It is often suggested that actually Jen did the beating and Sarah confessed it to cover for Jen. Either way they were both culpable. Doing it or allowing it. CPS involvement need not mean taking the children away. There should have been regular visits by caseworkers after Sarah's conviction or as soon as allegations were made. Mandatory parenting classes, counseling, frequent visits, surprise visits, etc. can be implemented. Respite care for stressed parents and parent support groups can also be implemented. Somehow, Jen and Sarah talked their way out of everything even going their "merry" way after blatant, criminal abuse of a child was confirmed. The lack of communication between different States or even different counties CPS offices is a big problem and something I have seen in my work. I have seen abusive parents drop off the radar of CPS just by moving. It seems that some kind of database on a national level needs to be created, as Mendocino Sheriff Tom Allman emphasized publicly.
I recently read about the story and thought the documentary would be interesting. But I didn't expect that the two women would be portrayed as victims by their friends. I would have thought they would be shown as the murderers they are. The documentation does not address the events critically enough.
I’m 5 minutes into this documentary and I’m already upset rip to these poor babies they did not deserve to killed they had already been through hell and to be killed like that is horrible they abused them and drugged them and drove them into the ocean like why would anybody do that I don’t understand everybody around these kids failed them
Courtney Hernandez is it worth the 8.00? Next week you can rent it and I think it will be cheaper I just don’t want to buy it when I’m only going to watch it once.
Christopher Butler I think it can definitely wait to be rented. If you’ve been following the case at all it’s nothing new. And lots of Jen and Sarah sympathizers 🙄👿
Even the end enrages me. The man is STILL trying to justify completely missing that these children were never authentic. They weren't allowed to be authentic. What they were seeing was children in pain. That crying that we were seeing was PAIN. They were so beaten down that they were NEVER allowed to be authentic. You just keep singing your music and living in delusion. SMH. It was unfortunate that these kids were brought into a community that would be easily swayed by a cult, and maybe could even be considered a cult. People who just can't or won't deal with reality or life. Talk about missing the mark and the whole point. All that pretty singing has zero value when you are not willing to see what is right in front of your face.
The ONLY victims in this horrific scenerio is The Kids. Once those doors were shut, these two monsters treated these kids cruelly. Clearly, enough was not done to protect these children from these two nutjobs. I believe the kids were most likely used for sex trafficking and pornography. CPS Investigator in this case needs a new profession. Pagans cover other pagans even when they break the law. No moral compass whatsoever.
These women made their lives more difficult in addition to the difficulty they already faced, and they snapped. 1. Gay parents are not ideal. 2. Adoption of non-infants 3. Activist lifestyle, bringing their kids to rallies 4. Adopting SIX kids (of different ethnic backgrounds to boot) How about not living for your activism and adopting six kids so you can brag to all your friends and prove to the world how great gay parents can be, while starving the kids? Also, don't murder them. They were in over their heads and didn't want to lose face and the resentment grew.
How about we remove the blatant homophobia from this already tragic situation, do we need to pull up statistics of abuse from straight families vs gay families? Have you watched the Trials of Gabriel Fernandez ? This is not a matter of sexuality, think before you speak

It's so awful that no one will ever know the truth about this family, because Jen and Sarah , and the children have all perished. Were all those photo's and pictures real ? of was it all fake and staged? How bad was the abuse? How could these women keep up a facade for all their friends and family?
