you have to cut it out
No tf you don’t! You find your natural hair in between the loc and Marley hair then you take your braid out! The loc only stays in because of the braid before hand.

🤣🤣 gurl I just fell out ; it was the “no tf you don’t” for me lol. Yeah, but cutting can definitely be dangerous. Take your time with the take down, find your hair first before doing anything.

Did you secure the wrap hair to ensure it doesn’t unravel ? I know some people use got2 b or hot water method ?
I wrap the hair tight enough so that it doesn’t unravel, the hair already has a nappy texture so using glue or any sealant is honestly not necessary. & I’d personally never use the hot water method 😬

Put and hold 2-3 fingers where you wrapped it up at, then take your other hand and tug at the end in like a twisting back and fourth motion.
M’y question maybe dumb but do you remember how many locks you did on your clients hair ?

If you twisted the hair instead of braiding the base would that work as well

Do you know if this is a good vacation style ? Like while they unravel if you swim with them ? Or do they get really heavy when wet ?
Perfect vacay style! Water will not effect them in any way. They’re very light and do not hold water, so heaviness will not b a problem.

Because the hair wasn’t braided all the way down can’t the client hair eventually be matted into the hairstyle with the fake hair?
If wrapped properly, no. I’ve never had a problem with matting.
So is it two hours from start to finish or two hours after you've braided?

there is absolutely no way you can do these in 2 hours trust me. even the bariding parts can take two hours to do.
The time of this style is misleading .I work super fast. This technique is no different that what I do. Two hours is untrue.
