Thanks Colin. There's a heap of work going on along Mamre Rd. Apart from the Mamre Rd upgrades, that final shot that shows all the warehouse development further south, almost down to Elizabeth Drive. Every time I drive Mamre Rd there seems to be something new going up. You must be overwhelmed with the range of developments to cover at times. There doesn't seem to be much detail on it as yet, but there is also the Western Rail Freight Corridor planned to come in from Leightonfield (from the existing South Sydney Freight Line that connects with the Botany container terminal) and in places running out parallel to the Warragamba water supply pipelines, and connecting with an orbital North/South freight corridor running west of Luddenham, up to just west of St Marys and onwards further north. Apparently 80% of containers to/from Botany start or finish up in Western Sydney. In some ways the rail freight system is just as important as the passenger lines and the airport in creating a vibrant Western Sydney.
Thank you yes definitely a lot of developments being built in Western Sydney that's for sure that freight terminal corridor you mentioned is interesting their is certainly plenty of land in that area to build something like that something to look out for in the future cheers col 👍
