- My First Video of 2023... i tried a new filming style... what do you reckon?
I went out for a walk, and to cook up some lunch on the first opportunity i had.

Been working more on the composition of my videos. thinking about angles, foreground etc... how did we think it went? spent a little more time editing... I still need some practice on bringing the colour back. as i was filming in log...
Footage from my phone... Gopro... hence the different colours.
The Bait Boat i came across was a newly started company also in Bradford testing out one of the new products they will be stocking... the flashing lights drew me in... and my sandwich went cold 🥶

I like that you are experimenting with your shots and camera angles. There was some interesting shots in this video, but for some reason the color was really muted and dark. Safety tip, when lifting your sandwich, lift with your legs not your back. Safety first 😂
Yeah... just experimenting. Filming in log which basically gives you tbe flattest form of colour... but this was my first attemp and ive not mastered the drawing colours back out as yet.
Learning curve....
As for the sandwhich. Inhad a fork lift on standby.. 😂

so couple of comments on filming and i am no way anything knowledgeable but goes as follows - cutting mushrooms - camera was shaking - think it must have been on the same surface? perhaps a small tripod to stop it shaking? but im sure you have used tripods on other vids. i prefer the 45 degree downward view rather than side on view - the loaf bit is an example but thats me. the sail boat stuff looked out of focus to me or possibly too far away for hte camera to focus on with a zoom other than that keep it up love hte vids and makes me hungry :P
Thanks for the feed back. Yeah the camera was clipped to the chopping board... just trying something new. The boat i wasnt expecting to see... just bumped into the business owner.. and started filming.. wasnt expecting to be out so late so no lights etc... appreciate your honest feedback.. ill keep tweaking. @@OscarOutdoors22 all good mate and nothing negative but you wanted feedback and i try to be constructive. you cant really enjoy a day out if you are humping 55kg of Vid and production kit. Keep true to what makes you happy and the subs will follow mate :)

Sorry that’s a no from me. Can’t stand the crash bang slam video technique.
No good hygiene Raw meat then veg then bread and serving with no visible clean up.
Handling raw meat (with invisible hand cleaning) and then the final straw. Using a metal knife on a non stick pan.
Good effort and always worth an experiment but no. Way too cheesy like that tiger bread steak snack!
