By games end Marle sucks but the Lost Sanctum quests ARE in this version so do ALL of those 65 million BC and 600 AD BEFORE going to the 1000 AD black omen then theirs 3 post game dungeons in 1000 AD 2300 AD and 12,000 BC ALL of which need the Flying Epoch to enter so either do those BEFORE starting a NG+ run Or after Ocean Palace Lavos kills you and you have Magus in the party on a NG+ run.
Yearh all the Post game dungeons all 3 of them require the Flying Epoch but if you do them before starting a NG+ run all those weapons/armors/equipment DO transfer over.
