it would depend if your vehicle already has OEM fog lights built in. Generally all vehicles of the same year and model will have the slots for fog lights, but only certain types of models will come stock with them.
If your model does not come with factory fogs, then yes it would be required for you to cut your bumper in order to fit fogs in them. Then you would have to do the wiring in order to make the fogs work.

I'm going to be purchasing an HID foglight set for the same car in the video. Just a question, do all fog light setup's require you to cut the bumper to make the fog light fit properly? or do you know of any fog lights that are direct plug and play, requiring no modification.? Thanks in advance
