I knew Rob was a good player, I didn't realise how brilliant he was, as a union player myself I didn't watch too much league. I went through the archives of himself and the Leeds Rhinos. I really was amazed at how talented and tough he was. RIP ROB ❤ ❤❤❤

Kevin and Rob. Both legends. Rob wanted no pity. He just wanted to do all he could to help people beat this awful disease. Kevin is an incredible, inspiration for us all. He described doing 7 ultra marathons in aid of MND as 'going for a run for a mate'.
I have so much respect for both of them, and it is so inspiring to see such humanity and loyalty in an otherwise rotten world.

Seen Rob playing rugby a number of times live.. Pity he wasn't Welsh 😊 we would have adopted him in a heartbeat especially at the moment...He was such a little guy..but he played like a lion on the pitch..He was a bit 😊 it's fair to say..He will be hugely missed by all that knew him.. Just want to say Thank you Little big man for everything..it was joyful ...xx

I was brought up a rugby union man, but I have watched a lot of rugby league , and I can honestly say Rob Burrow was one of the most electrfying players of either code I have ever seen. And to hear what a great guy he was, and the admiration he inspired in players of the class and ability of Kevin Sinfield, says all you need to know about the man. R.I.P Rob, you genuinely won't be forgotten by rugby people of both codes.
