Hi, I also have AS. I changed my diet because of it, started to exercise but I still had to take medicine for inflammation because I was in pain. Since August I've been taking vitamin D3 and K2, and for the last two months I feel great. I don't need to take anti-inflammatory medicine anymore. From time to time there is some pain that I can endure. :)

I know what its like, except I have ehlers danlos syndrome. Its where you have extremely flexible joints, chronic pain, and your arches fall. As you get older, it gets worse. You dont live as long either. Me and my mom both have it. Its kinda rare to find out that you have it, especially as young as I am. (I'm 11)
