The disrespect to the Raiders is unreal. They finished 2nd in the division and was the last team to beat the superbowl champs. How in the hell is the Chargers a threat in the division because of a first year coach with no weapons on offense or defense?
The point systemn you illustrated, at least from how you described it, doesn't take into consideration need + position. So for instance, say a team takes the three highest rated QBs (could never in practice do that) in this draft, it would score pretty high in that grading system but in reality would be completely assanine. That said, the point system is better than just an arbitrary grade assignment.

@@kevincurnick Yes, the two difference makers in the NFL are coaching and a QB, but the team is already behind AP and played hard for him even when playoff hopes were little last season. And while QB may be a question mark, the offense as whole got a lot better by adding another playmaker in Brock Bowers and beefing up the O-Line with JPJ and more. The Raiders just need a “game manager QB” and we’ll be competent.

@@R8RSeanThis is a quarterback driven league for a reason. This was the QBs last year who won a playoff game: CJ Stroud, Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen and of course Patrick Mahomes. Don't see any game managers in that list.
